Taking for sleep/reduced bathroom trips at night (prostate) also hoping to reduce the urge-to-go during the day. Only about 2 weeks into this brand, and it seems to still be effective. I've tried several different brands that seemed to fade in effectiveness after about a quarter of the bottle, or never did much to begin with. Some folks say only the dark pills work, but if the bottle is opaque, what's the difference? It did take about 3 days to take noticeable effect after having run out of my previous brand. Previous brands worked sooner, but this brand seems to be more consistent in daily effectiveness, and I started it on an overseas vacation where jet lag (could have) affected my sleep. I was lucky this trip, in that we were so busy each day, got plenty of sun, and hydrated well, so I didn't have any sleep problems, and was very pleased to have consistent sleep with only one, or no, bathroom trip each night. Since we were often away from easy bathrooms (a country where bathrooms cost money, or are just hard to find,) it was nice to not feel urgency and be able to wait, often for several more hours than usual. Previous brands all had a small sleep-time improvement, but never to the point of NO bathroom trips. This is new, and very welcome, but I'm also hydrating more due to the trip, and there are so many variables... At least I *believe* this brand is more effective, and don't appear to have any negative symptoms, so that is really what matters. ... show more

I was skeptical at first if this was going to help me. After only day 3 I’ve already noticed a huge improvement. The urgency to pee constantly is gone. I look forward to having a solid night without getting up constantly. Highly recommend for anyone with the same condition.

I bought this thinking it was was a long shot but it seems to work surprisingly well. Cut down the urgency and frequency by about 90% by my unscientific estimate and I can easily live with that. I don't know about the hair support claims as I haven't been paying attention.

This has been good for my weak and thinning hair over the last 4 months. I added it to my normal b vitamins that I wasn’t seeing much dramatic change. But now I do notice it with this. My hair is certainly stronger and I have better growth.

Let me state what I'm unhappy with first. I don't like that the ingredients are not clearer. Out of 500mg, one ingredient is 45% far.... So if almost half of my dosage fat? If so, why? How much actual product do I have? Please clarify. It's a bit sketchy. Besides that, the product works well. I started taking the supplement to help prevent issues from occurring. I have been happy with, what I believe, has been a much slower progression of issues than guys my age. I have been happy with the results of the product. I believe they have a good dosage (although unknown) selected. I have tried doubling the dose (2 pills a day) and it was too much. Follow the instructions and as with most natural products, give it 3 to 4 weeks to see maximum benefits. ... show more
