I brought this product a year ago, used it once, it worked very well. Kids got paint on the carpet, it removed it very well. But today while attempting to use it for the 2nd time, Water was leaking every where while in use and poured out completely into the device as soon as i turned it off. It was put away in a safe space while it wasnt being used. I know i didnt damage it, maybe the reservoir are messed up or the rubber cork holes arent doing the job. Idk. ... show more

The sprayer doesn't work that well but the suction is amazing. I use it to clean my dining set...I have light upholstery & 2 small children and it looks cleaner than ever...the first one is after I cleaned it
