We bought this product but due to a move, did not end up assembling it until nearly 6 months later. Assembly was extremely easy to do by myself. My husband and I love the effect so much. One issue we ran into was one of the colors in the light stand was broken. I reached out to the vendor to ask if anything could be done but I was not expecting much as it was so long after purchase. I offered to ship back the defective strand, whatever they needed. Well! They responded within 24 hrs that sending the broken stand back was not necessary and that a new strand would be in the mail.     • Nice sturdy frame but light strip does not adhere good

This frame is nice and sturdy and really does a good job for our mattress. It is actually a little lower to the ground than I thought it would be but I could live with that. Very easy to put together, just lay all the pieces out on the floor and it is pretty self-explanatory but the instructions do a good job also. Just wish the instruction sheet would have been a little larger. My biggest gripe is the lights. They work good but may as well forget about using the tape to stick them to the frame. The adhesive is the worse ever. My frame will be covered with the bed spread so what I did was used zip ties to hold the LED light strip to the frame. I even used alcohol and wiped the frame down real good before putting the strip on and the light strip just does not want to stick. Here is some advice regarding the light strip, it only goes around 3 sides of the bed so in my case the back of the bed does not have and lights on it. it looks ok though, I could live with that. This is a good sturdy frame, and was not too hard to assemble with a second person to help. I took 2 stars off because there was no clear and flat surface for the LED lights to stick to and so it just kept drooping to the floor. After going through all the sticky clips I tried using twist-ties to hold the lights on but it still just sagged between the ties so NO LIGHTS under the bed, which was the selling point for me. The frame is sturdy and good quality but the light brackets fell off in just a couple days. There were many reviews saying the same but I thought the company fixed the issue. Assembly took a while, instructions were pictures only so hard to follow. Not returning because it would be too much to take apart. This frame was very easy to set up. It does have a lot of pieces but the directions that come in the box are helpful. It’s very sturdy and has a supporting frame.
