The bowels are fantastic. Beautiful color sturdy good sizes. Purchased this has a gift. Opened to check them. Styrofoam all over , complete mess on bowls in box. See picture. Took several minutes to even clean the bowels. Made a mess in my home. I would of been embarrassed to give this as a gift. I purchased bubble wrap to secure bowel an gifted. Why would Styrofoam be all broken up in littles pieces everywhere? ... show more

Aside from the beautiful deep blue, these bowls are much lighter ( up still substantial) than those 8 had previously - which makes them easier to heft down from upper cabinets. Can’t speak to durability as I haven’t used them yet.

I haven’t had the chance to use these yet but they are beautiful and nice heavy bowls. Nothing flimsy about these. Color is outstanding. I’ll be mixing up some desserts with the grandkids. I have watched them before putting them away and they washed up and dried nicely.
