This is a functional small, lightweight tool that is quite versatile BUT it can only be used for light duty work. That said I have a significant amount of light duty work so this came in very helpful. One of the main reason I like this tool is I can always keep it handy. As we all know when we need a tool that is not "right there" we tend to use other things to get the job done. This never works out well. This tool does the trick for me. Buyer Beware... A nice tool for small jobs. I've been using it almost exclusively on electronic projects and it works quite well. I can't imagine it would hold up to heavy use but small projects are fine.

... because for what it is, it's pretty darn good. It doesn't have the same torque as a corded or otherwise higher amp rotary tool, but sometimes that more delicate touch is just what's needed. I'm a tool connoisseur of sorts, though, and little things like the collet nut being made of plastic, and one of the collets having some asymmetry (which leads to bits that don't spin on their axis) means that I could easily imagine a superior version of this tool. ESPECIALLY if it came with its own charger (I'm sick of rechargeable products that assume you have plenty of spares laying around). If I gave THIS one 5 stars, I wouldn't be able to give distinction to a better one. Still, there's plenty to like here. The sheer number of bits and discs and sleeves they manage to cram in that little box is impressive in its own right. Even if you don't already have a collection of Dremel accessories, you should have most everything you need right out of the box. Even as a tool snob, I'm glad to have this one in my arsenal. If you're in the market for a light-duty, rechargeable rotary tool, for 24 bucks this is one heck of a deal. ... show more

This guy's fairly small, not much longer than a pen, and has sufficient power for light jobs. It comes with a fairly good collection of attachments, charges up easily, is reasonably straightforward to work with, particularly if you've used a rotary tool in the past and have a feel for which attachment do what and how they attach. All good. One criticism is that the many attachments are all mangled together into a box that you'll never get as compactly packed as it was before the first time you try to remove an attachment. But the solution is to just find a slightly bigger container for it all, which isn't that onerous. All in all, it's good to have on hand for small jobs, and so I'm glad to have it in the tool collection. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I found this to be a nice handheld tool. It came with a nice assortment of tips to start with and a nice little box to hold them. You do tend to have to empty out the box every time you need something from it but it is still a nice starter set. I found it to work we ll on the first two speeds. On either of those speeds the tool would keep on working. If I clicked it to the third speed, it would turn itself off after a few seconds. The video I hope will show how it does such. I found the second speed to be enough for me so this still works out. Other than that little quark of the highest speed, it is a nice tool. ... show more

This is a nice, compact rotary tool. It's small (see pics with sharpie for scale, sorry out of bananas!). It works fine, it's not substitute for a full size rotary tool like a Dremel but the small size is great for fine work. Charges via micro-USB. It includes quite a few accessories however they are all stuffed in a plastic box so unless what you need is right on top you will have to dump them all out, then spend time arranging them as you put them back in so you can close the box. Kind of a pain there. The specs for the tool don't match the product description. As of the time of this review, the title and description claim it is a "Mini cordless rotary too with 1500mAh lithium battery". However according to the label on the tool itself, it's only a 700mAh, less than 50% of the advertised capacity. Overall it's a useful little rotary tool. Just be aware of the actual battery capacity and plan to have to find a separate organizer for the accessories. ... show more
