This is called an academic planner, but the design seems much more suited to be a personal planner than an academic one. It has a "my visions" page, a habit tracker, and a monthly goals page, which is a very cool feature I will definitely enjoy, as I like to track things and reflect on my progress. The calendar is very nice and simple, strictly a monthly overview and a thin section to write reminders. The weekly layout is also amazing--I love the "priorities" section on the top of the page--very nice for setting weekly goals. But because of the layout, the sections for each weekday are better for writing daily to-do lists than planning school. The stickers are cute and the tabs make navigating really easy. Very well designed academic planner. Lots of places to write down important dates and projects. We like that it is dated already. Well planned out for use at school especially high school or the college. Well made and high quality. Only issue is that is it pretty big. That is good for writing, but can make it a little less portable at school since it is so big. I am projected to graduate after this fall semester, and have more of a class load that I usually am used to. I decided in order to stay on track that I needed an academic planner. I decided to go for this one since it is the same size as a regular notebook, and it’s hardback. It comes with month sticker tabs and a bunch of other stickers as well. The layout is very pleasing for me, and I have been using it every day since classes have started. I would definitely recommend getting this one, as it is cost effective and you get a lot of things with it sticker wise and also lots of room for notes and assignments that are due. I have included some photos of the inside and also of the stickers and a ruler that come with it. The outside design is also pretty, and it has become a staple in my college life. ... show more

Planners for work or personal use can be difficult to find. Some planners can have too many “extras” and “bonus pages” pages of things that you won’t ever use. Some planners are not well organized and/or difficult to adapt to be functional to fit your needs. This planner is going to be used by a teacher in a busy classroom, so the pages need to be to be easy to access and simple to use. This planner doesn’t have a lot of those extras that tend to get in the way or just add pages to an already busy book. It offers a few pages for important personal/emergency information and contacts. There are small 2023 and 2024 yearly calendars and holidays. There is one sheet labeled “My Visions” and I am not sure how I might use it, we’ll see. The bulk of the planner are the weekly calendar/schedules. They are set up simply and will be easy to use. The weekly pages run Monday through Friday and include Saturday and Sunday. These weekly schedule pages are the most useful pages of the planner for my needs. There is plenty of space for writing in all the upcoming activities, meetings and other school events. The extras in this planner is the pocket on the back cover of the book. In the pocket is a bookmark-ruler, 6 sheets of stickers and adhesive tabs for setting up and personalizing your planner. It’s hard to pick a planner when it’s sealed or when you can’t flip through the pages yourself. This planner might be a good home planner for scheduling family events and extra curricular activities. If you’re looking for a simple planner for the 2023-2024 school year you might want to consider this book. I hope the photos help you decide if this one works for you. ... show more

    • Pleasant Scene, Sturdy...Maybe THIS Will Be My Year!

That is: the year when I actually USE the planner for longer than a week! I have, for 30+ years been great at grabbing a planner at the start of the school year and putting into it everything I know to that first week of school...and then never--ever--using it again. I am not good about using a calendar or planner, period, yet have always ogled colleagues who turn theirs into beautifully journaled diaries and artistic outplaying of their busy lives. BUT: I also have managed to raise five daughters into adulthood never missing an appointment or meeting or event but instead managing it all mentally. And only one daughter will say that she was once forgotten and not picked up, but I'm certain that was her dad's job that day. Regardless, as well-constructed and sturdy as well as pleasant looking as this planner's covers are and as useful its plentiful pages and templates AND fun stickers, maybe...just maybe I'll truly use it! (It is August 6th, and I've already missed all of July, but MAYBE I'll use it soon!) ... show more
