Arrived in good condition. Some assembly was required and not all of the steps were in the manual. 45 minutes of guesswork later and it was all set up. Initial charge took 3 hours. Just took it for its first spin around the neighborhood. It's quick, silent, and responsive. So far I'm loving it and will update the review after a week of hard use. [Review after 70 miles of use: Love it. Comfy, quick (it's held 33 mph just throttling but I'm slender), and gets people talking. The kickstand is somewhat shoddy and broke but a $24 replacement worked. It's cost about $12 worth of electricity for the 3 charges I've gone through. Good purchase. Came with a broken button pad, couldn't use the blinkers, headlight, and horn as a result. It came missing pieces to mount the headlight so I guess that's a bust even if the button to turn it on worked. After a week of use the engine now dies everytime I hit a bump. They say it's good for trails but I suppose they meant flat, empty, dirt paths because it has an uncovered chain, have fun not having it get stuck in the first branch that pokes out at you and ruining whatever ride you're on. Awful product. Incompetent handling in delivery. Waste of time. Furthermore, the seat is very uncomfortable. It is metal bars thinly padded with tiny layer of some sort of padding and faux leather over top aluminum. Hitting bumps on this not only causes the battery to cut out but will also dig into your pelvis. The bike looks cool but that's the only thing good about it. Overpriced, poorly made, stylish trash. I didn't expect the best e-bike ever at this price but I expected it to not be an overblown children's toy. ... show more

Pedal came clean off on my ride into work, couldn't find the piece to hold it on Everything else works well but this irritates me Edit: learned that the pedal got bent out of shape, we had to hammer it into place and put in a spare bolt, again everything works electronically but the pedals won't last ... show more

I ride this bike to work and recreation and I have to say this is the most powerful and sturdy ebike I have ridden. Packaged well, built well, and the electronics and overall construction seem to be well thought out the reason only 4 stars is because this bike is heavy and a will need a little practice to handle. But what a tank. Was going to buy another for my wife but don't think her 5' 100 lb. Frame could control this bike. But for me I am impressed over all if my wife was bigger (glad she's not) I would purchase again. ... show more

    • Bike's motor never worked; 2 months now and still waiting for parts to arrive
The motor never worked. Paying for this ebike that I haven't used yet is a total disapointment. I bought this HR60 based on reviews and I am regretting my own expensive birthday gift. Parts are still on shipping. If I could get my money back I'd return it immediately. Update: Costumer service was excellent and sent me the replacement part last year. It was a total surprise to learn how phenomenal this e-bike is. It's powerful, fast, lasting battery, and it's just fun to ride. Costumer service was contacted about getting this e-bike fixed and now I'm waiting for my money back after I was promised to be paid back for the cost of the motor being replaced. Now it works like a charm and I'm having a wonderful time with it. Buy it. No regrets 😍 ... show more

Update: they did offer a full refund with paid shipping so that’s what I did. Customers service is good just hard to communicate with the time difference. You get about 2 emails in one day. So it took about a week to get the return going. So 5 star on customer service. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”- Bike review. Was absolutely loving it until the motor started making a weird noise after 3 miles. Then error codes popped up on the display. Then it just shut off. Having to pedal this bike is not fun, too heavy. This Bike has everything you need for the price. Dual shocks works great. Nice smooth ride. This E-bike looks so cool different look from other bikes. The BMX handle bars and the gum tires set this bike apart. Easy to install. The best packaging I ever seen on an E-bike. This by far the best bang for your buck. Highly Recommend.
