Features

  • Premium Quality Structure: The jaw of the bench vise is made of 45# steel. After high-frequency quenching, the wear resistance of the jaw is improved and the service life is prolonged. The vise body is HT250 high-quality cast iron forging with good toughness, high strength, and durability.
  • Powerful Clamping Force: Vise guide surfaces are finely polished and smooth. When clamping the workpiece, the movement is stable, the positioning is accurate. Jaw Width: 3" / 80 mm, Jaw Opening: 3" / 80 mm. The clamping force can reach up to 15 kN, which is suitable for different sizes of goods.
  • High Accuracy Screw: The closed design protects the screw rod and prevents the entry of iron pins and other debris, convenient for maintenance and cleaning. Our screw is of high quality and is not easily damaged. The parallelism and perpendicularity are accurate to 0.002".
  • Humanized Design: Our vises are detachable and can be replaced quickly. The unique downward pressure design protects the workpiece from escaping float when clamped. The hardened swivel handle is a universal joint structure, easy operation, flexible, and convenient to use.
  • Multifunctional Tool: A milling vise is an essential tool for fitters. Most of the fitters' work is running by using the clamping vise such as sawing, filing, chiseling, and some assembly and removal jobs.

  • High quality for the money
Size: 6"
I expected this to be a crappy Chinese vise I used to have 15 years ago. I used a Kurt DX6 before so I’m comparing this $120 to a $700+ vise. It’s not a Kurt, but surprisingly…it’s the same in regards to functionality. It holds a part with good accuracy. Parts do not shift at all with heavy clamping from one edge. Not even 0.0001”. Yes. Tenths gauge is rock solid when I put half my body weight on the vise screw. Just like a Kurt DX6. Make sure to wear gloves and spend an hour deburring all the knife edges it has. They will split your hand open easily. Moving the jaws isn’t as smooth. A Kurt glides like glass. This vise felt stiff. Lots of cleaning and using proper way oil helped. Just be glad there’s a good option like this if you’re just starting out. Great for a home gamer. I’m using it on my CNC. If you want a dual or triple vise setup on your table at home this starts to make a lot more sense. $1500 vs $250 is kind of a wild difference. Just make sure your table is big enough if you get the 6”. These vises aren’t small. ... show more

  • Very nice, required a little fine tuning 👍
Size: 5"
Reviewing my new Happybuy 5" Accu Lock Vise. Vise arrived in a sturdy cardboard box partially filled with styrofoam surrounds, box was a little beat up but that's just from the shear weight of the vise and not having a styrofoam top liner (which should be included, that would have prevented all the shifting around in transport). Measurements (which everyone wanted to know) are as follows: 14 3/4" long without handle attached. 7 1/4" wide base flange to flange tips. 4 3/16" tall, 5" jaws, a big 5 7/8" max jaw opening (the ad only claims 5"), heavy 3/4" dia lead screw, 1 9/16" jaw height, 6 1/4" center to center base bolt down holes and a stout 36 pounds total. This is a very nice vise for the money. It arrived pretty clean (no metal shavings) with a very light coating of clear oil, all milled edges are razor sharp, crisp and very flat and smooth, the painted casting areas are nice with only a few sharp jagged spots. The paint job is great with a nice blue-green hammered look. The bag of included hardware is as others say a bit on the cheap side but that's not a big deal to upgrade and replace yourself. I spent about 3 hours cleaning, scraping, filing, sanding and oiling the vise. The entire inside lenght of both ways had some paint overspray on them that kept the jaws from moving easily. The two square cutouts up front had some razor sharp jagged edges that needed to be hand filed down to avoid seriously cutting yourself on. The entire bottom edge is also very sharp which I lightly filed and sanded back to avoid cuts as well. A very light coating of oil was applied to all bear metal surfaces to prevent rusting. I can turn the vise with just my fingers now without having to use the handle, which was impossible before fine tuning it up. I'm a serious diy guy and not a professional machinist so I'm not using this vise on a mill of any kind. I'm adding it to my big floor drill press to drill metals, plastics, woods, etc (I'm not using my drill press as a mill either, as it's not designed for side to side loading and don't recommend doing it). Overall this is a well machined heavy vise that should last forever if taken care of. I highly recommend it to a do it yourself person, not sure if it would fit the bill for a professional machinist or not. Rating it I deducted 1 star because of the amount of effort needed to be put into it. Four uploaded photos are attached. Hope this review helps you out. ... show more

  • Astonishingly not bad for $100
Size: 6"
I have a Kurt DX6 That is my primary vise on my bridgeport but I needed to steal it to use for a setup on my CNC that has Saunders vises that were just too small for what I needed. After the CNC was setup and running I ended up needing to run a job on the bridgeport but had no vise. So I took a chance on this one for $100. You dont get much for $100 these days and I was expecting garbage. I'll start out by saying this is no Kurt... But... its astonishingly not bad. It did arrive with sharp edges like other reviewers said, and I had to file and stone it right out of the box. The screw needed some oil and the whole thing just needed to be cleaned up a little bit. Once that was done I mounted it on the mill and threw up my indicator. Tapped it around and got the vise within .001" X Y and Z. Jaws come together perfect and you can put some weight on the vise handle to clamp something down. Does what it needs to do and does it pretty well. The only thing I dont like is that the mounting slots are about .820" wide, which makes it awkward to mount with 1/2" studs but still doable with some heavy washers. All in all, like I said, astonishingly not bad for $100. ... show more

  • Excellent for the price. Better with some simple mods.
Size: 6"
The 6" vise is surprisingly good for $100. It's definitely no Kurt DX6, but it's almost 1/7th the cost. A couple things to note though: The bottom edges and jaws have some very sharp edges. I hit all bottom edges with a quick file to get things a little safer. I'd recommend stoning the bottom too, if you have one, after the filing. The jaws are also very sharp, and got a similar treatment. A very important observation, this vise is not compatible with standard 6" jaws that would work with Kurt vises. The attachment bolts are M8 instead of 1/2" and are positioned too low to use other jaws without modifying the other jaws. I needed to make some custom soft jaws for this vice, the Kurt ones just will not fit. Finally, the hex for the handle on the leadscrew is not a standard 3/4", rather it appears to be larger, more like 20mm. This doesn't matter too much except my other vise handles and speed wrenches won't fit. I ended up removing the leadscrew, champing it in vise jaws I have for machining hex bar stock, and brought the size down to a proper 3/4" so all of my other wrenches fit. I'm not sure if all of these are like this or just the one I received. Overall, I'm very happy with this vise. Very surprised. I'll update this if I see any issues with longevity. ... show more
