Happy Campers has been a game changer for us full timers. We only use 2 orders per year and our tanks are clean and never emit any odor It’s been so good we started using it in our gray water tanks as now they have more scent than our black tank. Over time the health of our black tank has improved and in very hot humid weather we add a second scoop of product to make sure no smells come out The way we do it is by dissolving it on hot water on a separate container and then apply diluted on 2-3 full bowls of water when getting it ready to use after dumping and flushing our tanks. I highly recommend this product, I originally was a bit skeptical due to the little amount of product actually used per tank as I was used to use a lot more from their brands that are cheaper but need to keep buying more frequently Now we don’t need to use space to store all the other products and only have a little jar that lasts 5-6 months. ... show more

Highly rwco.mend Happy camper for your rv waste tanks. It does the job well and there is never a bad order after I started using this product. I use it every time i dump my black tank. I fill my toilet with water and slowly pour a scoop I the water. Then I use my toilet brush to swish the powder around to help it dissolve. I follow up with filling up the toilet bowl another 4 or 5 times and flushing it down. For they gray tanks, I mix it in a jug with water and pour down my drain to help every thing stay nice and fresh. ... show more

We've tried other black tank products. They work but not to the degree of Happy Camper. I wish Happy Camper had easy to use tablets instead of powder but that's in no way a takeaway from the product (it's more of me being lazy! LOL). Happy Camper is a little bit more expensive than the other kinds of black tank treatment but you get what you pay for. I'll be buying Happy Camper from now on. ... show more

I have tried several types of products in both our black and grey water holding tanks to control odor and break down solids ....some have been ok, some just hide the odor with strong perfume and some have been terrible! This brand really works in both our tanks and now is the only brand I'll use. I have never had an odor problem since starting this brand. ... show more

    • Lid DOES NOT Seal
I know that no one reads 4 star reviews, but here goes anyways... The lid on this 'box' is terrible. It does not seal AT ALL' unless you put a brick on it to hold it down. I cleaned out an old nut container and used it instead of this piece of crap. Cut the label off of the box and taped it to the side of the nut container. I wonder who at the company thought this was a good idea? At least it is recyclable. ... show more

Works great brakes waste down also keeps the smell down but the trick to that is more water. If you have the pyramid above the Nile, you are going to smell. It would recommend this product to everyone. Thanks. Jw
