The media could not be loaded. When I put this up, I was so pleased. You do have to thread the canvas between the top support beams and the rollers atop the beams. To take the cavas off for high winds or rains requires time and tools. After a very strong wind a little bit of the top frame slightly buckled but I went to the hardware store and did my best to by some metal to assist the frame and make additional angle braces for the front and back as shown in the picture on the right ( silver bar) I’m still happy with this product😊 ... show more

    • Perfect for shading pool
We did something unique with this - we placed it over the pool for shade. Previously we were using a pop-up tent to provide shade and reduce sunburn, but it looked cheesy. This pergola is so much nicer. It looks very high-end and Is easy to open and close. It is reasonably easy to assemble (read all directions first or it can be confusing). It comes with very strong anchors too so it is stable. It took about an hour to assemble (probably two if you are not handy). ... show more
