I’ve had this beast for several months and put over 500 miles on it now. I’ve been impressed. I shopped around for an e-bike for a while. I wanted a partial car replacement. I commute about 20 miles a day. I read about HAOQI on some Reddit boards and compared to the famous brands. This bike is 30% cheaper than famous brands and it’s the same or better quality. I’m 6ft and the bike fits me perfectly. The ride is smooth and powerful. The battery has been solid. The more you pedal the longer the battery lasts obviously. Any way you slice it, it’s much better than sitting in your car. I get around 60 miles using PAS2 and maybe 40 on PAS3. I have not had a single problem with the bike. ... show more

Amazing bike!! I did a lot of research before finally making the purchase but after two months of riding it, I couldn't be happier with this bike. Has great features (power, comfort, great batterie life and an awesome look). I had a few questions about the parameter settings on the bike, and the HAOKI team responded to my emails ASAP. Product worked approximately 2 days, then motor quit functioning/. Called customer support , they took down the information about the problem and said someone would get right back to me. Nothing. After 2 days of no response supposedly I can file a claim but that cant seem to happen either. very frustrated ... show more

The bike itself is very nice. Solidly built with lots of attractive features. My husband is looking forward to riding it. He hasn't had much of a chance yet due to damage that most likely occurred during shipment or delivery. We believe that's when the damage likely occurred because the bike was packed well within the shipping box and strapped and tied extremely well to try to keep everything in place, with lots of cushioning. They obviously take care to try to get their bikes to you safely. The shipping box itself had a little damage, but not so much that we expected there to be an issue with the bike. We discovered on assembly however that the derailleur was damaged and, in the process of trying to install a replacement from the seller, we discovered that the bike frame itself was also bent. The seller confirmed the damage via photos. After further discussion, the seller agreed to provide us with a partial refund for the damage, challenges and delays we experienced while my husband worked to try to repair the bike. We appreciate this gesture very much and respect the seller for stepping up to provide good customer service and stand behind the products they sell. ... show more

We bought this as a birthday gift for my 14 year old. We had considered a Super 73 but they are so expensive and I didn’t want a bike that is a common target for thieves. My husband did a lot of research and for the power, functionality, reviews, and price this seemed to be a great choice. It comes mostly assembled with the expection of pedals and wheels. Solid construction. Long battery life. Good hill climbing power. I'm 6'2" and 230 lbs and it will pull me up a moderate grade hill with no problem. Steeper inclines require some pedal assistance, but a solid climber. The bike came 85% complete and remaining assembly took me about an hour and a half (mainly from being careful and taking my time). Got a rear wheel flat after riding for about 2 months from going through a area with construction. Invested in a puncture resistant inner tube when I got it repaired. Not for short or weak riders. This is a tall and fairly heavy bike at over 70 lbs. I'm very happy with the bike and would recommend. Good bang for your buck. ... show more
