This is my first steamer, not disappointed at all, it warms the water really fast, like really fast. THe is some water leaks when the steam condenses, but nothing serious and it is as expected. Also, if you want to take real control over wrinkles you can use it on top of a surface since the steamer has a plate that acts like an iron. I am just a customer, no heavy duty but bunch of button T-shirts that needs to be with no wrinkles. I recommend this product, easy to use, does the job and does it well. ... show more
