I had also bought the same unit from a different seller (for reasons listed below). The bad right out of the gate is the 16gb card failed just within the 2nd day of use (ruffly 9hrs of play).. Thus I bought another & backed up that MC & installed a legit name brand MC within both units. From then all its all positive. Good battery life (4-6hrs) that recharges quick (1hr). Confirmed this is a V2. If your expecting PS1 emulation forget about it. Only lag found was from Snes FX tittles. However everything else plays just fine.. Make sure to back up the micro memory card & buy a name brand one. Other then the MC issue this is a good kiddy friendly emu. (3 star due towards the failed MC - unit itself is great) ... show more

The D-pad does not have a center pivot and is not usable for serious gaming. There is a tutorial to easily mod it so it works better. The device itself is not bad. OpenDingux adds GBA and many other additional features.

    • Worst retro handheld I've ever felt.
There is literally zero pivot in the d-pad, you can mash all four directions at once. If you know anything about controllers then you know that's an immediate red flag and deal breaker, it means the controls will be unusably bad. Absolutely don't buy this even as a novelty or collectible.
