Once or twice a week after showering, I slather either coconut oil or this almond oil on before bed, making sure to wear long sleeved pajamas as the oil can permeate your sheets. As advertised, 100% pure almond oil. I love almond oil because it is unscented and has nothing to irritate my skin: I can use it on my eye lash-line (for blepharitis), my surgical incisions from hip replacements (mixed with 10% tea tree oil), and other highly sensitive places. It is neither too thick (like vegetable glycerin) nor too thin (think Rainbath sesame oil). It is absorbed quickly, non-greasy, and is way more cost & time efficient than other body lotions. The best part of this brand is their bottle: it is sturdy, brown to protect it from light, and the pump is terrific: I have a teensy 0.3 oz bottle I carry with me everywhere and only this pump could do the refill. ... show more

Awesome!!! I use this as an after-in-shower moisturizer you can even add your favorite scented oils too. I also use a small dab in my wet hair as a conditioner. It leaves my hair smooth and looking shiny. I so recommend adding Almond oil to your daily routine.
