Used this after at home cavitation and let me tell you the rosemary and castor oil helped to get everything flowing and bring down swelling. So much so I was super tired. Put this in my hair and on my nails. Noticed a difference in nails first day. This was my first day adding this to routine and it showed me it was working. Update: does great for fast and awesome pain relief after workout when you get lactic acid and reduces pimples. Using everyday on face and eyebrows overnight. Pros: When I got this product, I had hoped it would make my hair feel fuller again. It smells amazing and I feel that I can style my hair however I want since my hair is a little frizzy when wet. It makes my hair silky and shiny so much. You can also apply this product on your skin. Not only it makes my hair shiny, but it also serves as a moisturizer for your body. But for now, I just want to work on my hair and see the results later. So far, I like it. And if it all goes well, I can always reorder it. Cons: The only problem I had with this product is, it's a little oily and a little difficult to get rid of. What I mean was, when I want to wash my hands after applying this product, I had to wash my hands at least twice or more depending how much I used. I didn't realize how thick this product would be. I thought I'd be able to leave it on during the day. But it made my hair look greasy. It did work and make my hair and scalp softer, just much thicker than I anticipated.

I've been using this particular oil for a month now so I can't attest to its hair growth properties. but I was previously using the Okay black jamaican castor oil and can compare to that. This one is a little more thin and easy to work with. makes sense that it comes with a pump, because it's thin enough to be pumped as opposed to the black jamaican castor oil. I don't know what role viscosity plays in the properties of this oil, but it's definitely easier to use. I don't think one is better than the other, so probably try a bunch of different brands each time you finish a bottle. ... show more

Love this stuff! I mix the coconut oil with it and apply to my scalp. I let it sit on my hair like a mask for a couple of hours and rub this on my face and neck.
