This hand warmer works well and keeps my hands warm. I am getting up in age and have a difficulty keeping my fingers and hands warm during the winter here in the mid-west. This little device does the trick and so easy to use. This item is great, we have some cold weather now where I live. I unboxed it and put it right on the charger (usb cable to pc) gave it a few hours. Went and grabbed it turned it on high!!!! Oh my gosh was it warm, I’d not use the word hot but it did get nice and toasty! Felt really good on a chilly day. I will buy another one, just so I had one for each pocket. I received two devices that do not turn on. They show blue lights to show charge level with a single press. When holding down the button, it flashes red and turns off. Not a good buy

Solid hand warmer and charges your cell phone too. Easy to use and kept my hands and my kiddos hands warm. Keeps its charge (about 10 hours on low, etc.) just like the description says. Also, charged my phone up alot quicker than I expected! Plan to use this in our disaster kits.

When it arrived, the item worked flawlessly. But when it came to charging it, it would not work at all. Would not charge or turn on ever again. After trying four other cables, it finally started charging but didn't heat very well after that.

Don’t waste your time ordering this! We ordered one and it did not work. Returned it and decided to give them a second chance thinking it must have been a fluke. Nope. They sent a second one and it also does not work. Total garbage.
