I found there is an extra pocket on the other side, other than the pocket that holds the power bank. Don't know what that is for, but it doesn't really affect the heating function. I bought two different heated hand muffs to try out. This and another slightly cheaper heated muff for $40. This heated muff was uncontested in both comfort and heat. The material was much nicer, while being much hotter due to the even circulation inside from the velvet allowing it to get much hotter. While I was happy with my $40 muff, it could not provide me with this level of comfort. This had me wondering what I was actually missing out on. The first thing I did was stick my hands inside the pouch. Very incomfortable experience as it was a returned item and the insides were melted into a crumbled firm plastic mess. Was a gift. Sent back immediatedly and will not order another one.
