Pros: Beautiful color. Plates are nice and wide. Heats up quickly. Digital display and buttons placed well to prevent accidental temperature changes. Straightens with one pass. Locks tight for storage. Comes with travel bag and heat resistant glove but I think the gloves are unnecessary. Plate ends have a nice sized textured tip if you want to press the iron closed tight during use. Cons: Plates don’t open wide enough to get a thick chunk of hair in but works well enough if sectioning. The edges are not rounded so it’s hard to obtain a rounded end or bump out your bangs. Weight is heavier than my old flatiron but that could be due to the larger plates and longer length. The longer length makes it a bit cumbersome at first. The outside does get a bit hot with prolonged use. Maybe that’s what the gloves are for. Overall, this is a good flat iron and I’m very happy with my purchase. Definitely a good value.
