I bought this water bottle while waiting for my Juggy preorder to come a few months later, and I have to say, I really came to love this one even more. I find very little fault with it except for the fact that the little x crossed fabric behind the handle is not secure enough for a phone (at least my size phone lol). I love the design, and I love that the fabric covers the entire bottle, even the space behind the handle. I like that there are 3 holding spots: the bottle handle, the lanyard attached around the neck, and the cover handle. The lanyard I do wish was removable so I can get a good washing of the bottle without it getting wet, but I realize if that came off easily, it wouldn't stay on well as a handle! My favorite part about this is the straw. I love that at the push of a button, the cover pops up and the straw can be accessed without ever touching it, and the pop up cover can be locked into place with a tiny little latch around the botton. My Juggy that just came in has a removable straw, that I hate having to touch in order to properly close the cap. This one, you just push the cover down and you never have to touch the straw. It also comes apart nicely to clean, and the fabric behind the bottle handle zips open and closed to easily get the material on and off. I would rather have two of these than the Juggy I bought. My only disappointment is the designs, I wish they had some more options or cooler patterns, and it would be nice if there was a pouch/pocket to put my phone or things into instead of the stretch crossed fabric behind the handle. There is a keychain attached though, if you want to connect your keys or a little wallet. All in all, this is the absolute best water bottle and cover that I've found, I'm extremely happy with it! ... show more

Reasons we got them: Hubby got some nasty kidney stones due to the literal refusal to drink water for like 10 YEARS. I bought this jug to ensure he has some sippy at all times to avoid this happening again. Bro in law wanted one because small water bottles weren't really that sufficient in keeping him hydrated often enough while he worked out. This suffices nicely. I got this water bottle myself to avoid my husbands kidney fate, be better about my hydration health in general and it's been great to just have at my bedside table for a nice sip or to carry it to my work space. I don't have to get up to get many refills cause this takes care of me for about half a day. • No more plastic cups or bottles cluttering the house! • This also ensures we stop spending money on bottled water, period. • With the entire posse all jugged-up, there's been no leaks, no cracks, just a lovely product. Maybe with good use I can see the straw lid breaking at some point, it has moving parts so that's bound to break in the future, BUT this jug also comes with a second lid, for chugging. • Super easy to clean • No harsh smells • The jug cover is easy to take off and put back on, the cross body strap can be un clipped, it has a lobster clasp for whatever keys, chains, charms • The jug cover can hold my Pixel 6, which is a pretty thick phone with a case. I love this water jug! I love the tropical design (Hawaii Haven) FULL and thick sleeve and how it keeps my water cool all day (I don’t enjoy ice water so I’m not sure how well it insulates cold water.) I love that it comes with a shoulder strap and other features to carry the bottle. I have a Hydrojug as well, and in comparison the H2O Capsule is a heck of a lot cheaper. I feel like my Hydrojug is just a bit more sturdier but for the price I would buy the Capsule again. The reason I subtracted a star (which should Only be a half star) is because of the mouth opening and permanent strap handle attached to the opening. Unlike the Hydrojug, the opening is small so it doesn’t make cleaning too easy but if you use a flexible bottle brush, cleaning it is perfectly fine except for getting the small strap wet. This bottle may also be dishwasher safe for the top rack only but it is far too big to fit in the top rack of my dishwasher. Therefore I will just have to wash it by hand. Other than that it’s comfortable to hold and carry it with me. I purchased the straws separately from H20 capsule which makes drinking a half gallon much easier. ... show more

The product it self is great the lock doesn't work it won't latch it falls down all the time not even a little tight and I glad it wasn't a gift because the box it came in was torn open from the bottom and top like someone was looking to see what it was in it and the Amazon box was also untapped and taped over the other too. I was first upset then I cooled down and wrote this review a lot for $30.00 buck ... show more
