I ordered 2 chairs and each chair comes in 2 boxes. 3 boxes came Friday and the 4th arrived Sunday. The color, I feel, is slightly warmer and slightly darker than pictured but color is hard as different lighting affects it. The fabric is where I felt the discription was lacking. I was expecting a faux leather that is similar to leather seats in a vehicle. This is not like that. It's soft and kind of fuzzy and feels more like a fabric than leather. So more towards a faux suede leather I suppose? (I'm not an expert on leathers.) Maybe you can see the texture better in the pics? Also, it has many creases from being squished in the box. Not sure if those will come out in time or if I'll have to use something to get the wrinkles out? Both sets of chairs came with light rust orange color markings. Amazon wouldn't let me post the better pics of that for some reason but of the pics it would let me post one of them I circled where the markings are and the other pic if you look close you can see some darker marking on the front head/back portion of the chair. The marks came out with a damp microfiber cloth and some elbow grease but was still kind of annoying to already have marks to wash off. The chair cushions are a little stiff, not plush. I love the swivel and cup holders. Didn't buy them for the heat or vibration, but we did try the vibration out. It's more of a soothing vibration, not anything to loosen muscles with. (I wasn't expecting that, just being clear for others.) Haven't tried the heat yet. The rocking and swivel seemed smooth and stable. They were pretty simple to assemble. Had to line it up just right and then give it a few good pushes to snap in, as it was a little tight, but that should be best for a more stable chair. So, with just receiving these, I can't say how they will hold up. I rate them 3.5 stars right now. Reduced stars because I felt the fabric discription was lacking and not any close ups of the fabric to show the actual texture, for already having marks to wash off, and the deep wrinkles in the fabric that I hope will come out. Easy to assemble and comfortable. I love the massage because it’s light and not to heavy. It doesn’t work like a massage chair in the Mall or a parlor but it’s enough to rock me and baby back to sleep. The recliner takes a lot of effort to push in but besides that it is a great piece of furniture. Cheaply made for an expensive cost. This is the living situation these days. ... show more

Perfect size for my room. Back massager a plus. Im 6' 2" and feet hang over but knew this would probably be the case considering size of chair. Only had it for 2 weeks so will see how it holds up. I really love it BUT few things 1. Easy for one person to put together (two big boxes) in 30-minutes. 2. Beautiful microfiber creamy off-white color. 3. Rocks nicely, wide enough and not overly huge. Cons: the footrest doesn’t come up all the way in recline position. When you get out of the chair it’s hard to put the footrest all the way down also. I put it down as much as possible then I had to stand up and pushed it into place. The massager is lite and doesn’t give you a hard massage however it is soothing. The price was right it went down in price recently. So I felt better about paying shipping cost and ordered it. I would recommend the chair overall. If my senior apartment was larger I would definitely buy one more. ... show more
