Assembly is easy peasy, less than 5'. Good quality and decent cushion. A bit tricky to figure out doing various exercises correctly, so the exercise photos on Amazon site and exercise graphs on the manual help. The best part? It’s not going to give you six packs, that’s for sure. However, it’s a decent supporting tool to get you started in your work out journey, it’s honestly better to do sit ups on your own. I am 230 pounds and I used it twice before deciding not to even use it anymore because I didn’t feel any difference. Some people might also use it for back pain but I have no issues in that regard so it’s not my place to comment. ... show more

It is very suitable for beginners to exercise at home. You can do many different basic movements. The machine is very small and suitable for exercising at home. My favorite part is that it can help you stretch while lying on it. I highly recommend to it.

I am by no mean athletic but this is so flimsy it’s ridiculous. My 4 yr old nephew can rock in this too easy.

    • Great Abdominal Workout
This is a terrific device for abdominal workouts. I do crunches, 4 set of 25 reps each. I can feel my abs burning after I do the 2nd set. Whenever I lean backwards, I can feel all of my ab muscles contracting.
