Update 9/20/2022: I did give them 1 star at first. I give the seller 4 out of 5 because I did receive 1 defective chair. I reached out to them to replace 1 chair and they responded in a timely manner and they did replace the one chair. The chairs are easy to assemble and only takes 1 person to assemble. I would have given them 5 out of 5 stars if I received my chairs the first time in perfect condition for the amount I paid for all 3 chairs. ... show more

    • Nice product, but accompanying hardware package is wrong

The product is well built and comfortable. 5 out of 5 on that front. But the hardware packages do not match the instructions. The product ships with only 8 spring/lock washers, and 8 flat washers. The instructions require 12 of each. Additionally, one of the four stools I received was missing an M6x30mm gold screw. I obtained a replacement from the hardware store, but the finish does not match (gold, metric screws are not commonly available). Hopefully the seller can send me a replacement screw and address the washer shortage going forward. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It is durable and very nice. Only thing I would like is a higher back. But, it’s stylish with a old time feel. Love it. Just what I wanted with a touch of gold!

Great looking chairs. Easy to put together. Very posh look. Great quality. Only bad thing was one of the chairs had a little nick in the upholstery. The velvet covered right arm had a small gash opening about a couple millimeters wide. Not sure how to amend that issue. But great looking set.

I have been looking for stools for months, I was a little concerned about the quality, but when they arrived I was blown away. They pair nicely with some of my more expensive pieces and hold it’s own! And it’s real tufting not that cheap stitched seam crap! Extremely pleased with this purchase.
