I’ve had this for just over a month. I’ve had it on the charger and all of the lights were lit. When I unplug it to use it it doesn’t turn on. I’ve done this several times in the last month and it has never turned on. Of course now that I’ve gotten frustrated enough to give up on it it’s past the return date. EDIT: I have changed my rating on this product from a 1 star to 5 stars. The seller contacted me and told me that you have to hold the power button on for about 5 seconds as it has an anti-touch control. They also offered a refund or replacement if that did not help the issue. I did not see this anywhere in the booklet, so maybe that could be add in the future to avoid my issue. I am getting my face cleaner, and have scraped out all kinds of white/blackheads. I love the feeling that I get after using toner and scraping the gunk out of my face. It's the same feeling I get when my esthetician sucks the gunk out of my face. I also love the hydration steps, I can see my eye cream working in real-time during Step 3. As I will reiterate from what someone else stated in another review, if you do not have a consistent face-cleaning regimen then this tool is NOT for you. I've been following the same steps using the Clinique 3-step system for the last 30 years. I use it for my son who have locs, his hair and scalp had soooo much build up it was crazy. I was able to lift all the dead skin very easy with out his hair having to be moist but when I did wet to hair it melted litk butter. I would deff use this product with Beauty Joseon Glow Serum : Propolis + Niacinamide… wash your face then use the serum… let it sink in for 5 minutes and use the tool.
