I’ve had this for just over a month. I’ve had it on the charger and all of the lights were lit. When I unplug it to use it it doesn’t turn on. I’ve done this several times in the last month and it has never turned on. Of course now that I’ve gotten frustrated enough to give up on it it’s past the return date. EDIT: I have changed my rating on this product from a 1 star to 5 stars. The seller contacted me and told me that you have to hold the power button on for about 5 seconds as it has an anti-touch control. They also offered a refund or replacement if that did not help the issue. I did not see this anywhere in the booklet, so maybe that could be add in the future to avoid my issue. I used the product today and I am excited to see the results after a couple of more uses. ... show more

This tool works very well. Follow the directions and you’ll get the right results. I used it as soon as it came in and it took so much gunk off my face that I didn’t even know I had. I bought it for the blackheads on my nose and bumps on my chin and now my chin is smooth.

I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I do. It truly does pull the junk out of your skin and then also helped to push lotion into your skin. It’s not noisy, is lightweight, and appears to be good quality. My only negative is that the charge doesn’t hold very long.

I bought this out of curiosity and... well I can't figure out why it needs to vibrate. Doesn't feel like it helps. I know what a skin 'spatula' is and for that use it does scrap gunk off moist skin but it felt like it does the same job on or off so... yeah. Don't know.

My wife gifted this product to me and I loved it, so much so that my sister used it after recommending and she wanted one, therefore bought her one for mothers day. Well im unsure its due to the charger port being freely exposed having the possibility of moisture to get in or to it, however they have gone completely crazy. Turns on and off on its own. Skips settings, wont work most times and so on. I would have gladly given a 5 but considering its been purchased 2xs and seems the problem is clearly not the individual using the product, it's the Manufacturing and durability of the product. It seems that it takes a while i am guessing depending upon your skin as to what effect it will have. Product appearance =10 Blackhead removal = 4 (i wasnt able to get full use of it so thats stretching it) I would suggest some modifications so that these things dont happen in the future. ... show more

My 15 year old daughter has a lot of white heads on her forehead from a purge after using a new product that is working great - she has black heads in the creases of her nostrils and tip of nose and under her lip and chin, and some large pores on her cheeks and after using this every 3 days or so her skin is looking better after a few weeks - of course the purge is still happening and this has really helped her have more confidence because she can really get the black heads out and when the white heads are ready they easily loosen up and come out - I'm not into zit popping lol but I watch her use it and I'm rooting for her now because she's very careful using and can really get into those hard to squeeze places because of the way this tool is shaped it makes it so easy - 5 stars - I might get a second one and give it as a gift as it works so great!! ... show more
