I used to enjoy racing games until they became so realistic that it basically required a steering wheel to actually enjoy. I decided to finally purchase a wheel, pedals, and shifter to see if it would be something I’d like. After spending a couple of days with my homemade setup that consisted of lots of spare wood and clamps, i realized I needed more stability. Still getting a feel for sun-racing and not wanting to waste my money I bought this stand as it worked with my setup, a Logitech G920. It works and I am happy. That’s the big thing. Now I have a place to put all of this extra stuff and it’s not in the way. You can fold it up with the pedals and wheel still attached, but it’s not fitting under your bed like that. Especially not with the shifter. Which doesn’t matter since it’s super easy to put together. So taking the wheel and shifter attachment off is not big deal. You can easily store it with the pedals still attached, which is great since screwing the pedals on was the hardest part. “Hardest” is a relative term. Pros: - Well made for the price. Everything is firm and sturdy, nothing feels cheap. For the price I was expecting it to be cheap, but no, this thing is solid and much heavier than I thought it would be. - comes with all the hardware necessary to attach steering wheel, pedals, and shifter. I assume the bolts they use are industry standard. It was very nice when I realized the extra hardware was for the accessories and I didn’t need to buy anything else. - very versatile. You have many options in terms of angle and height - easy to assemble, comes with tools and hardware - comes with Velcro bands to keep all your wires nice and neat. I was quite shocked with this one. It would have been a disaster waiting to happen if I just left all the wiring hanging all over the place. It seems the company thought of this and decided to take care of their costumers. - between the weight, the footprint of the base, and the adjustable legs under the stand, this stand is not moving unless you want to move it. I have braked as hard as I could and the stand didn’t move forward. - comes with stationary casters for your gaming chair. Remove the wheels under your gaming chair and install the flat replacements that are provided. Now you don’t have to worry about rolling backward every time you press on the brake pedal. - comes with 2 caster wheels to make the stand easy to transport when you’re done with it. After you’re done for the day just fold it up and wheel it back to where you store it. No need to pick it up and lug it back and forth. Cons - unable to connect shifter arm when lowering the wheel table to its lowest setting. Which is not even a big deal really since it is plenty low with the shifter. Lowest height with shifter arm attached 25” and lowest height without shifter arm is 22”. This is the height measured from the floor to the top of the wheel platform. - no way to ‘upgrade’. I am using a computer chair for now, but if I want to upgrade to a sim-racing seat there is no upgrade available for this setup. Overall I am very pleased with this product. If I had to do it all over again I would buy this one. If you’re like I was - on the fence and not sure if you’re ready to sink $1000 into a ‘beginner’ setup - then you really won’t be disappointed in this stand. ... show more

The quality, functionality and compatibility is great, this stand is designed to fit a variety of popular racing wheels including Logitech G25, G27, G29, G920, and Thrustmaster T330TS, but my son is using it with his PXN racing wheel and it worked out perfectly. The construction is sturdy and durable, providing a stable platform for some good racing sessions, the adjustable wheel mount, allows to find the perfect position for the wheel, ensuring maximum comfort during gameplay. The shifter mount is also adjustable, accommodating various shifter configurations. Assembly was straightforward, with clear instructions provided. I found that the GTPLAYER stand was relatively easy to assemble, it took my son about 20 minutes. One of the best features of it is its compact design, which doesn't take up too much space, making it ideal for people with limited room. I also appreciate the attention to detail in the design of this stand. The sleek black finish gives it a professional look, and the overall build quality feels premium. First off don’t get this if your a bigger person it’s definitely for smaller people I’m 5’5 and almost feel like I’m to big might have to find a way to fix that but for now I Decided I wanted to have a larger area to work with when mounting my wheel but still being able to use my mouse and keyboard in the same area, so I used my old keyboard pull out tray which is white in color (as seen in second picture) and drilled 4 holes into the black metal of the smaller one the product came with so it would hold nice and good with some screws into the bottom of my white keyboard tray, overall happy but wish the wheel mounting part was a bit longer or just bigger in general I really do like the option of the flat attachment for the chair wheels so you can swap out the rolling wheels for the flat ones and you won’t move at all bc of it can’t wait to get a shifter and see how that part feels overl I recommend the product but just might have to make some minor adjustments to make it a bit more comfy and easier to work with but even without what I did it was still able to hold the keyboard and wheel just not the mouse had to keep grabbing it from the desk which was a small inconvenience but still not what I wanna do all the time I’m playing and staring new matches ... show more

This is a really good product. Easy to read the directions and assemble. The stand is super solid and doesn’t move around on the carpet. You can use the brake as hard as you want and everything stays put. Seems like a great price for the quality you get.

Price seems reasonable and looks sturdy but build quality is questionable. Folding mechanism bolt was broken when arrived. Installation instructions mention not to tighten bolts tightly that makes me feel part welding is not quite strong. Not sure how long product will last if it’s used frequently by closing and opening on every use. ... show more

While it's not a true sim racing setup, it fits the bill if you're lacking in space and don't have hundreds to spend on one. Folds up nice and can be stashed behind a door or under a bed/couch (only not with the shifter plate attached). Sturdy enough to hold up to games like Forza or Gran Turismo without turning over. I would recommend buying some sort of rubber mat if you have hardwood or vinyl flooring as it does tend to slide around if you're aggressive enough. ... show more
