I bought this Gaming Chair for my 13yr old Grandson & had it delivered straight to him since it wasn’t on Prime Delivery & I had to pay shipping, I didn’t want to pay twice for shipping. It arrived ahead of schedule by several days. He was absolutely thrilled to get it & called me immediately & then called me again when it was all together. He needed a new chair as he has outgrown his other one. He said it’s very comfortable, the massage & lumbar was his favorite feature. He said he wished the footrest was a little longer because when you are sitting up it doesn’t go out very far, so I guess if you aren’t very short that could be an issue. He said he’s an awesome chair and loves it. It took about 25mins to assembly with him & his step-dad putting it together so not bad at all. Wheels were heavy duty from what I could see on FaceTime, chair was roomy, reclined and rolled nicely! Color was true to photo. Would’ve preferred a gray option in the leather vs fabric but didn’t have that so had to go with the white and black. I bought this as a gift for my 12 year old son. It’s a great value for the cost! Looks like a race car seat and is super comfortable. This was easy to assemble and a really good quality chair. it’s got a massage insert but you need a plug. Its a good chair, mostly easy to put together minus one or two parts that required a little more effort but overall doable for most people. The "massaging" pad is just a vibrating pillow, but still feels nice. Chair is comfortable, and it looks very nice with my setup. My only two gripes: it has the option to ajust how much it leans back but unfortunately it doesn't have the option to tilt back. Also, I wish the massaging pillow had an off/on switch, instead of a USB plug(you can unplug the USB at the power source, or unplug the connector on the pillow). Overall solid chair for the money. PS: shipping will not be accurate AT ALL as they ship through fedex(amazon is almost always about their time estimates where I live, whereas fedex had it "out for delivery" for 6 DAYS before finally delivering it*was still "on time" though, but towards the end of the time range they listed*) ... show more

The chair gets put together pretty easilly, but the screws for the arms do not want to catch easilly. One I was able to do after a try or 2, but the 2nd screw was a lot more difficult, it just turned and didn't seem to catch. I had to have someone else hold the other side of the chair so I could use a lot more pressure to get it to catch. Becides that the chair is very comfortable, perfect height for my 5'5 self, very quiet, and has great back support. The messager is actually quite nice. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the build quality. It is a bit lacking, and I am worried that the arm screw didn't catch enough and will eventually fall out, but so far so good. I would have gone with a different color other than white but they were more expensive and I am cheap...err, I mean frugal. All in all it's a good chair. ... show more

Bought this gaming chair a month ago. It looks very good and was easy to assemble. Nothing has broke or ripped yet, the person sitting in it is 130 lbs. My only complaint is that when I sit in it the cushion is kind of hard and the leg rest isn’t to reliable because it leans down when you press on it. I'll try to bullet point and then make a small statement to keep this organized 1. This chair is for my girlfriend for Christmas so we can game together. 2. People who complained about the arm rests being loose probably put this together incorrectly. I had no issues with wide, or loose arm rests. 3. I don't know why cushioning is an average negative. I weigh 205 pounds, slim athletic build I sat in this chair after putting it together and it seems plenty fine soft but firm at the same time. 4. The leather or Pleather whichever material it is, smooth, clean stitching is done well. 5. The up-down adjustment is your typical average adjustment, the lean back and lean forward is smooth control (push the lever down to lock, pull up to unlock). 6. Wheels roll very smooth across hardwood floor and my carpeted room, good rolling wheels is always a plus. 7. Instructions are simple, and straight forward as well as all nuts and bolts being labeled correctly. It took me about an hour taking my time if that to put it all together. 8. I will do a 6-month review (if I remember) and post with photos to show how material has held up) It will more than likely hold up fine as its only going to be used for small amounts of time 2-3 days a week my guess. Statement, if you are not a hand on put it together type of person, please find someone who is as it will save a lot of aggravation. Let me touch on the arm rests as I almost did not buy this seeing the photos of the arms not being tight. It looked so bad but after putting this together its very sturdy, but you have to put it together CORRECTLY!!! I got this on sale for 101.xx and honestly if you go to any retail store this chair is worth 200 with a lumbar massager, a very nice neck pillow for posture and a footrest. It's very comfy too, so the cushion for me passes my expectations. I'm not a professional gamer nor do I plan to be, but I play steam games, work in google sheets/ Microsoft products so I'm in a gaming chair all day as office chairs just do it for me.
