This was a gift, and I had recently given another chair to another family member, and they said that chair was very uncomfortable and it was over $300. This chair is very comfortable and it is beautifully colored (we got the purple), and for the price it was really, really a great deal. I wasn't expecting this to arrive until next week based on the feedback. I went to the store this am and BOOM there it was on my door step. It was planned as a gift for my mom and I had to kind of re arrange my tasks for the day to put it together and give it to her and she was thrilled. Assembly was easy and the instructions were easy to follow (doesn't hurt that I already had one so I had some experience). The chair is comfy and, working from home and being on the computer all day I can tell you I've never been more comfortable sitting for hours at a time, 10 / 10 I highly recommend and the price doesn't suck either. Use it for my home office. Wish the seat was a bit cushier. Massager broke within a month. Very sturdy. Great metal base. Was a little hard to put together defitely a great deal for the money.

Chair came with a defective leg that was off angle. Contacted customer service ,they sent a complete new base . The new base is perfect. The chair itself is nice and works great.

TL;DR - Overall, this chair was constructed to handle the weight but fell short in using plastic materials that did not hold up and design flaws that made it uncomfortable for those with larger frames. I bought this specifically because I have a larger frame and, as such, needed a chair to stand up to the weight requirement. The steel construction of the frame itself and the quality of the pneumatic that adjusts the height is above par. However... The plastic wheels, after only a few months of use, have broken at the axle and fallen apart. Also, the footrest relies on plastics that have begun to stretch out of place or broken and no longer support my legs comfortably. To top it off, the seat itself has "wings" going up the side of it that has irritated and bruised my hips. Also, the covering on the armrests and seat has begun to decay, horribly cracking, splitting, or being worn down far more quickly than it should be given the cost and age. ... show more
