  • Durable
I needed a tarp to put under my pool as I live in an area full of rocks. This tarp is big and seems to be sturdy!

  • Good Tarp
This is a good tarp for under $8 dollars compared to paying $10 dollars at UHAL. The tarp is thin but woven tightly together and the plastic is laminated. This means it provides excellent protection from rain and water. Although this tarp has UV protection, if you plan to use it in direct sunlight for a long period of time after some time it will begin to deteriorate. All in all I am happy with the tarp. Edit: its been two months since I have had these outside in direct sun light and rain and they are still in great shape. I also bought a tarp from harbor freight at the same time and that has already started loosing color. So the uv protection on this tarp really does make a difference. I use these to cover my motorcycle, and with all the rain we have been having here the bike has stayed dry. When the tarp finally begins to fall apart I will update my review. Update: After 9 months of rain and sun the tarp has begun to deteriorate. It has become brittle and rips easily. At the time I bought these they were under $8.00 and well worth it. Now I see the price has doubled. My local home depot has the same size tarp but different maker for $10.00. So you might try your local home depot or lowes first it might be cheaper. ... show more

  • Good tarp, price is right.
Another reviewer dropped a star off of their review because this tarp was thinner than they expected. It is indeed, thinner than I expected, however I also think it is much stronger than the width would suggest. The fibers are tightly woven. I got the feeling when i used this tarp that this is how better tarps are made now, thinner and stronger. I could be wrong, but either way this thing isn't going to be ripping or tearing anytime soon. If you need a tarp, you don't need to look anywhere else unless you need a different size. ... show more

  • Solid Tarp
Works for the purpose, it falls on the thin side.

  • Very good.
Kept my vanity dry and protected while I worked on it. No room to store it in the house so it stayed outside where I sanded it down and painted it. And added things and smoothed it out in all it took about 2 weeks to get done and we had some heavy rain and not a drop.

  • Not Heavy Duty
Don’t waste your money — we were able to see through the tarp — definitely not heavy duty.

  • Using This to Cover a Leaky Roof
My roof leaks horribly, and I don't have the time, inclination, know-how, or finances to repair it properly. Thankfully my leaky roof is at the back of the house, and I don't suspect the homeowners association will cite me for any violations. I bought three (3) of these tarps, and nailed them down to the offending section of my roof. Apparently at some point, this section of the roof had been slated to be re-tiled, but only the tar paper was laid down, with no shingles. Eventually this tar paper began to crack and at times when it would rain, it would resemble something not unlike a waterfall just to the rear of the kitchen area. Certainly this tarp will become a victim to the hot Texas sun in it's due time. On which occasion I intend on replacing the tarp. It was a quick and easy solution. I essentially triple layered the tarp, in the expectation that the inner layer would receive the least amount of sun damage and be the least likely to deteriorate, allowing me to replace outer layers when they became visibly worn. I am so happy that my roof does not leak. If only I were a carpenter would i feel more successful. ... show more

  • Strong Tarp
While I can't attest to it's water resistance (I was using it to mix large amounts of soil), I can say it is able to hold over 100 lbs of dirt. No tearing or strain.
