So, I haven't started using all of these as I cook for one, but what I have used, I love. I bought the 2.5 qt sautepan a few months ago and loved it so much that when the 12 piece set went on sale, I grabbed it. The set pieces were wrapped but weren't in it's original box inside the shipping box, (not sure what that was). Everything looked new and intact. These cook evenly and with a lower heat than I have previously used, but that keeps things from burning and allows them to cook evenly through. I haven't tried to fry crisp fried sliced potatoes and the like because I avoid that much oil. I try to eat healthy and these are perfect for that. Great for veggie and chicken stir fries and the like. Also great for frozen family-sized dinners packages with pasta. I love the 7" egg pan for all kinds of eggs, chicken breasts or burgers for one. I am sure I could do anything easily. I love how solid they are. I love how well the lids fit (solid too) and and you can see through to check the food. I love how all handles are covered with an almost rubbery material that makes them easy to grip and heat free. I love that as soon as I plate the food, I can turn to the sink, empty any leftover food I don't want to save, rinse with hot water, add a drop of soap, and use my sponge wand to simply wipe away any oil or minor pieces of food, then rinse, and turn them over to drip dry while I eat. All cleaned up. My only heads up to readers is that I haven't had these along time and thus do not know how they will hold up. The metal is thick and the ceramic (?) melded coating seems thick and solid as well. I suppose if I burn stuff too often, fail to get the oil or left over food cleared while washing, or am not careful with the handles, they could wear out sooner rather than later. I hate warped pans or sticky surfaces, but these don't seem apt to do that if I follow normal care and correct heat and attention while cooking. I haven't used the dishwasher because they are so easy to rinse out. I can't believe how solid they are for the sales prices I paid... and I intentionally bought when they were on sale. I have my eye on adding a few more pieces. I just wished more of them could be ordered alone. I keep thinking about buying my daughter-in-law the purple ones for her birthday. I don't see that varying colors go on sale though. We'll see. That is still aways off. I'll take the time to check wear and tear first. :) (She won't read this, right? :P ) ... show more

We got the lavender set of 16, = 3 pots, 4 pans, 5 lids, 4 low quality utensils that melt if leaned on edge while cooking. To not damage the pans, don’t use on temp higher than medium! You really won’t need to turn the burned over 5 (medium). All cooking temps are about one notch lower than in our old pans. The utensils that are included, Would be great IF they didn’t MELT and/or SNAP in half the second use. It says to use oil or butter every time, you need like a dime sized drop. If you don’t, and something sticks, put a half tsp water in the pan and cover with the lid for 15-30 seconds, it will be unstuck. It’s a whole new slippery game when trying to flip things. Like an egg, you will want a fork to hold it still while you get a spatula under it. The handles are comfortable and the weight of the pans make it easy to toss diced potatoes up and over for flipping. Things cook more evenly in these than my old pans, and clean up is crazy easy. Toss a napkin in the grease, soak it up, wipe clean let the cool!! Then and wash with soft dishrag. We had issues with first shipping because color we ordered was unavailable, but second color choice finally arrived. We are enjoying this lavender color. Even though the coloring varies from pans to pot. The pans are mostly the same pinkish-lavender shade but the big pot is way different shade of pale flat light lavender. One bummer about this set is the lack of a large frying pan, my old set had a big 13 inch frying pan and the largest one in this set is like 10 inches. The tall sides on the largest frying pan are a nice feature. Yesterday I told my S.O. that these pans are my favorite “house needs” purchase that we have made since the vacuum. I give these pans a 4 3/4 stars! ... show more

I just moved into my new home and needed a pan set because I had nothing. I was gonna splurge and spend hundreds on a pot and pan set but these were on sale, had good reviews, and I love how they look. So I bought them. And OMG one of the best decisions of my life! They heat up quickly and evenly and are truly non stick. Everything wipes out with a paper towel and I was by hand. I read reviews that said stray away from stacking these as well as do NOT use metal or they will scratch. I've heeded every warning and wash em by hand to make sure the dishwasher doesn't damage them and they are brand new every time. I have never had pans so nice! And I love that they are non toxic so I feel even better about using them!! ... show more
