I recently began P/T for a torn meniscus in my knee. The physical therapist uses a strap like this for stretching and told me that I could purchase one on Amazon to use at home when I do my home exercises. ld stretch. BTW, when I ordered it, I read the reviews and amazingly, some people gave it ONE STAR because "it isn't stretchy at all." !!!!!!!! Do people NOT read, or do they LACK reading comprehension? IT ISN"T ELASTIC!. It is not MEANT to be stretchy--it is used to stretch your muscles!

I bought this to assist myself getting into stretches. My muscles / fascia are tight, and holdong a stretch can sometimes be painful. The strap helps me easily hold the stretch without pain.

This exact item was recommended to me by my Physical Therapist so I bought it. It’s sturdy, easy to use, long and has a carrying bag. The stretch diagram that came with it is very helpful. I have two; I keep one in my gym bag and one in my night stand. Using it upon waking while still in the bed has

My 1.5 inch strap helps me stretch
