I recommend sizing up if you carry your weight in your midsection. If you don't have back fat and just have a big stomach, order according to your normal size. I'm 5'1, 190lbs and carry most weight in my stomach and back. I ordered an XL and it fits but it's TIGHT! Also the thigh area can create a bulge, even on smaller women in the reviews you can see the thigh area squeezes. The material is breathable and sturdy. I'm gonna keep it and wear it until I lose weight but if I could reorder, I'd get a 2XL so I can wear it regularly under my uniform comfortably. ... show more

The video and pictures for this product are movie magical smoke screens and lying illusions This product did not do anything for my shape. I bought two sizes XL & L, thinking because I wear XL in shirts that I may need an XL in this product but I also thought let me go one size smaller because I want everything snatched in real tight and the XL may not do it…. When I got them I put on the L to start and it fit just right as though it was the XL.. I was very disappointed. It didn’t hold anything. Where I was expecting the high back portion to keep the back fat from showing, it did not do that. It gave me a panty line big time!😩 Then after about two hours of wearing it, it rubbed my underarm raw and my shoulders hurt from the straps rolling up into a spaghetti strap that dug into my shoulders. My OG shaprewear is wearing which compelled me to order a new one. I searched for so long for the one I needed! ✅ no straps with hooks because they slip and snap ✅ no zippers because bunching and discomfort ✅ shapewear with straps to avoid possible rolling down or up ✅ more than two (it has 3 hooks with multiple rows of hooks) hooks around the crotch because god clearly has favorites and I’m not one of them. I bought a large wanting snug, but I should have bought an XL which is my go to size for anything. But I still don’t regret. It holds everything I need in. No back tolls because of the support all the way to the shoulders. No shoulder indentations because they have width. No crotch bunching because of the widths. No wedgies because of the stretch in the behind yet DURABLE FABRIC I haven’t had a single stretch tear noise putting this on and taking it off in the week I’ve work this EVERYDAY for work and I do a lot of moving at work.
