My wife is the videographer in the family, so it made a great Christmas gift. She was able to quickly and easily set the product up and connect it to her phone. We like that it came with an extra battery. It was packaged in it's original box, with another paper lining wrapped over it. No complaints so far. Video quality is too notch. The Hero 13 arrived on time and in perfect shape. I am learning how to use it. I wish I would have waited one week as Costco has the exact same GoPro Hero 13 camera for $319.99. $60 cheaper than what I paid for this one on Anazon

Worked well, I did buy a separate yellow floating handle because the floating handle that comes with the kit is wrapped in a foam that holds moisture amd keeps it damp so I bought a 5.00 handle from another met Amazon merchant just to have the option of putting the camera away without it getting any moisture on, say, my change of clothes or my sunglasses towel. Finally decided to upgrade to the Hero13, i do enjoy the this model, as it has some options the Hero10 does not. It works well for my use, indoor sports recording. Great Video Quality. Highly recommend. Would have given it 5 stars, unfortunately they change the battery design for the model.

My daughter and son in law used this the day after Christmas on their trip to the Grand Canyon. It was easy to use and takes amazing pictures and videos. Awesome bundle!

    • Good bundle, you will need more than this though
This can be a good deal, at the right price. It was $300 on sale for me. The included accessories are most of what you need, but you will still need a separate charger (you don't want to charge in the camera with the door open), and keep in mind those chargers are often bundled with batteries as well. You also will need to replace the battery door in most cases, so that the camera can run off USB-C power. Whether you go with the official door replacement or a third party, that is also an additional cost. The included 64GB SanDisk Extreme SD card is adequate for most uses. As to the HERO13 Black, it's great. It's my first action cam but I have watched a lot of youtube reviews and researched it. I suggest you do the same. I won't repeat what better qualified reviewers have already said about it. ... show more

Having a lot of fun shooting with different modes on this camera. Batteries last a little longer than my previous GoPro. Purchased the battery charger with 2 extra batteries so that I could switch them out quickly instead of having to stop and charge the batteries inside the camera.
