  • Taste great, works great
Size: 24 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Cool Orange Pattern Name: Powders
I will probably be the reason these run out because I order them so much. They work fast, they actually taste good. They don’t taste like most of the bc powders. They are so cheap on here, cheaper than I’ve found at any store. I buy them very often

  • Effective /Quick
Size: 24 Count (Pack of 2) Style: Mixed Fruit Pattern Name: Powders
This is my go to Pain medication. I don't bother taking anything else. It's fairly fast acting, the orange doesn't taste bad. I definitely recommend just pouring it on your tongue 👅 as opposed to stirring it in something, it really just sits on top of the liquid. I also love the fact that doses are very easy to take along in a purse or pocket. ... show more

  • Wonderful, it works, it's fast, it lasts, will never be without it again.
Size: 24 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Mixed Fruit Pattern Name: Powders
I used this for the first time today. I had a migraine. Normally i have to swallow 4 advil pills for a migraine. I hate swallowing pills, i have a real mental block with it. So when i found this powder, which i didn't even know existed, i was so happy but apprehensive that it had the strength to knock out my migraine. The moment i had my visual warnings of my headache, i pulled out one of these packets and slowly poured a bit at a time into my mouth, being careful not to inhale any of the powders. It has a slightly medicinal taste, but c'mon, it IS medicine. I wouldn't exactly call it a pixie stick, but considering you are swallowing caffeine, acetaminophen and aspirin, the taste is not awful at all. Totally doable. My headache aura was still going strong when i went home from work and was able to lay down. I noticed that the pain in my knees, which is always there, was gone. After an hour i noticed that i felt NO pain at all. By that time, even with advil, i would feel a bit of pain, kind of in the background. Not only did i feel no pain, i was able to take a nap which surprised me since i'm very sensitive to caffeine. An extra bonus. When i woke up, i still had no pain (it would have woken me up too) and 7 hours later, this headache is gone. WOW!! I just love this powder and i will never ever be without it again. ... show more

  • Why the HUGE price increase
Size: 24 Count (Pack of 2) Style: Cool Orange Pattern Name: Powders
These are great. Pretty much a southern thing. HOWEVER, i’ve been ordering them from here for about 10 or $11 2. 24 packs and they are now almost $17. I have one store in Tucson. I can buy them at so I’m done buying them here.

  • Effective, taste good, costly
Size: 24 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Cool Orange Pattern Name: Powders
You know how good those orange flavored baby aspirin are? These aren't quite that good. Don't get me wrong. The flavor is fantastic compared to regular unflavored Goody's, but you can still taste the aspirin. Just like the unflavored product, this stuff can kill my headache much quicker than pill form aspirin or other pill form pain relievers. The fact that each individual package is sealed rather than a folded up piece of paper is both good and bad. The little elongated foil pouch has 'TEAR HERE' printed on it. I can't tear it and have to use scissors to open it up. Maybe it's due to my stiff arthritic hands since I have to use scissors to cut pills out of bubble wrapped packages as well. Each individual package seems slightly inflated making it a little bulky compared to the thin paper wrapped unflavored Goody's. With the unflavored Goody's, I can easily keep several envelopes in my wallet so I always have some with me. Because these are a bit bulky, I can't keep them in my wallet. When opening up and swallowing the plain paper wrapped unflavored Goody's (or BC) powders people unfamiliar with them sometimes think you are taking a hit of some illegal drug. I've gotten the evil eye more than once. People won't think that when you use the orange flavored Goody's. The good: It usually kills my headaches quickly. (occasionally need a second dose as with any product) It taste worlds better than non flavored Goody's. Each dose is sealed up tight in a foil package. (to preserve flavoring?) The bad: The package is difficult to tear open. (For me.) It's too bulky to keep in my wallet. It's more costly than unflavored Goody's. They work well and I like them, but I'll probably go back to the unflavored Goody's due to cost and because I can easily carry those in my wallet. The unflavored Goody's temporary bad taste is a fair trade for quickly getting rid of my headaches. ... show more

  • This stuff really does work better than anything else!
Size: 24 Count (Pack of 2) Style: Mixed Fruit Pattern Name: Powders
I'm surprised I never wrote a review for Goody's Headache Powder until now. I am such a cheerleader for this stuff in real life so it's time I put it in writing, too! I've been using Goody's for close to 10 years now. I only use the flavored packets (orange or mixed berry) because the plain version is kind of gag-inducing, BUT... the formula is what matters. For some reason, my headaches respond to Goody's and I can head off (no pun intended) a worse headache down the road if I take this at the early twinges of a headache. I have even staved off full-blown migraines with Goody's. It just works so fast, and the combo of aspirin/ibuprofen and caffeine is what my body apparently needs. It also helps that you need to drink water with it-- and more than just a sip. I'm sure the extra hydration helps me feel better, too. I carry packets in my purse at all times and I have shared them with friends and coworkers if they have a headache. I've converted more than a few people over the years. The only downsides to Goody's are: * It's not always available in stores. I ran out while traveling in NJ a few years ago and I was sad I couldn't find it in drugstores or grocery stores. So when I find it, I tend to stockpile it a little. Always bring it with you when you travel. * The packets can be tricky to tear open sometimes. I usually have to cut them open. Just be aware you might need to use something sharp to open them from time to time. Don't let it stop you, though... it's worth the extra effort. ... show more
