When experiencing back ache, I take pills and sit down for a while. Taking the pills and sitting for a while did help. Benefit of the doubt - definitely not a controlled, scientific test - so assume it does work. Also find that acetaminophen extended-release tablets work just as well, but seem to last longer. If you feel pain in your lower back, even your shoulders, after doing strenuous work jobs - then you might want to try this. It is made with magnesium, it's safe for my sensitive stomach, it works after about 30 minutes and I can get stuff done. This is a great product and I hope they never stop making it. My Dr told me years ago that Percogesic Max Strength was the best you could get over-the-counter for pain and I've been using it ever since along with other family and friends! Stopped selling in stores so have to order it now!
