Purchased two sets of these for a total of 8 pans so the kids could have a build your own pizza party. The size was perfect for these teens and I was able to fit three on each rack in my own. I purchased pizza dough from Whole Foods, let sit to room temperature and rise, then I split the dough ball in half and handed the ball to each child to stretch and make their own crust. Middle rack at 550 degrees for approximately 10-13 minutes. Note that if there are holes in the crust and sauce leaks out, the pizza will stick. Otherwise these pizzas slid off easily on to a cutting board. Note: that after washing the pans, the underside of the rims need to be dried thoroughly or rust will appear! ... show more
