I bought this months ago but just got around to using it today. I am impressed. My pizza was cooked at 500 degrees (I won’t do that again - I’ll explain below) for around ten minutes and it came out nearly perfect. The crust was SO close in texture and color to a pie from your favorite pizza shop - even had the black dusty singe on the bottom! This pan truly is non stick: be careful taking the pan/pizza out of the oven! Don’t rush or jerk the pan off the oven rack or the pizza will start sliding right off! As other reviewers wisely pointed out do NOT cut the pizza while it’s on the pan: you will damage the non stick coating. Instead, slide the pizza easily off the pan onto a pizza peel or good sized cutting board and cut it there. Now for a word about heat. While the manufacturer doesn’t list the maximum heat this pan can withstand, I would not recommend cooking above 450 degrees Fahrenheit as I suspect the non stick coating will start breaking down in short order. I was able to find a similar non stick pizza pan on Amazon that did indeed mention the maximum cooking temp and the manufacturer says to not exceed 450 degrees. No biggie. Just cook your pie at 450 and experiment with cooking time. This pan is very efficient and distributes heat evenly: you may not need as much time as you think. Overall I’m extremely pleased with this pan and it’s a great value. I was totally how shocked how good my first attempt came out on this pan. I’ve used other bare bones basic pans in the past and could never get the crust to come out as crispy as I did with this pan. Highly recommended. Positives. -Gave me nice crispy pizza crusts every time for frozen pizzas, I never tried homemade or raw dough. -Great size for my oven and doesn’t get in the way of pizza cutter when cutting. -Holes in the pan are small enough to not make a mess in the bottom of the oven. Negatives. -Scratches easy from everyday use. -After a couple washes it started to rust especially on edges of pan and where the scratches were. -After about 6 months of consistent use I had to get a new one, but I liked it enough to do so. ... show more

    • Cheaper and lighter alternative to a pizza stone

Lightweight, but still gives a nice, crispy crust. The surface is lightly non-stick but doesn’t feel like you’re cooking on Teflon, or anything. Just don’t cut on this pan, it will definitely scratch. Great value for the money, highly recommend.

    • Big difference in how evenly cooked the pizzas are

These work very well for evenly cooked pizzas, and allow the crust to correctly cook without burning while adequately cooking center of pizza. Also work well for garlic bread, and other items that frequently undercook in middle but burn the crusts in traditional pan/tray.
