12-18&28-23 Assembly and installation took me around 30 minutes, some of that time was moving my windshield brackets up for these brackets to clear. I also only used the existing windshield bolts instead of drilling an additional hole. By the way, the basket doesn't know the difference and is solid even with only one bolt on each side. This comes with make, model and year specific brackets for 4 different carts, it doesn't use universal type, and the bags are clearly marked and the instructions address each make. This basket is a tremendous help for not having tools, drinks, etcetera rolling around on the floor/seat, or crammed into the small cup holders. This metal mesh basket is much better than the fabric and velcro on type I had, which didn't endure a year in the Phoenix AZ sun, nor the abuse I put it through. This beauty should last many many many years, although I suspect the powder coating will be chioped and worn prematurely on mine since hand tools will frequently be riding in there. Definitely the most helpful upgrade I've done to my 2002 EZGO 2 seater with flatbed, maintenance/grounds keeper cart. You won't be disappointed. My friend and I golf 36-54 holes a day when we golf, so we carry a fair amount of stuff; cell phones, range finders, balls, gloves, all that stuff, and the golf cart glove boxes get filled up quickly. This basket is well made, sturdy, and easy to install. Now we can carry all the stuff we need for the day and don't have to dig through a pile to get to it. Very handy. Looks good too. ... show more
