Had to make modification to the battery compartment by cutting out the center divider in order to fit the battery into the space. Added a 48V to 12V inverter and a 12V fuse block in order to connect to the lights and horn. The single lithium battery has plenty of power for the cart. Able to play 5 rounds of golf on single charge. Should have made the swap a long time ago!! So much easier and cleaner to maintain. Bought this battery to replace the lead-acid ones in my 2006 Club Car. The quality seems solid and the price was the best around. The hardest part of the installation for me was relocating the cart's electronics console away from the center of the battery bay to make room, but that's not the case for many carts. The overall weight reduction made a huge improvement in the handling and acceleration, compounded by the consistent power output across the state of charge (doesn't fade like lead-acid). I'm looking forward to not having to charge it for hours after every use like before. There's also no water levels to maintain or worry of damage from freezing temperatures. The battery was packaged well and arrived without damage, with the exception of the small display which was loose in the box (cord was partially severed and corner of display was damaged). Contacted DC House through Amazon and they replied quickly promising to send a replacement display from China. In the meantime I can use the phone app to monitor all sorts of stats in real time. ... show more

The battery is amazing, I've been using it daily for 3 weeks and its at 70% charge still. Its got tons of instant power, so far its been perfect. Initially had an issue with the charger getting super hot, they quickly sent me a new one and its been working great. Awesome product and great after sales support. The battery is amazing I'm using it with a 3kw 48v inverter to run my fridge and other stuff when the power goes out As far as the charger goes it's great I have nothing negative to say the seller also care about the safety of their customers as the charger I got had condensation in it but without even asking they shipped a new one, I personally think that's very amazing 100% worth the money and I'll buy more in the future if they have more good products that I need. ... show more

    • This Battery is the real deal!
Replaced lead acid batteries in my 2011 EZGO TXT. All arrived in good working order. Install was easy once I figured out the wiring. Had to install a 12 volt reducer to power my lights and other accessories. I did have to grind down the partition verticals meant to separate the old 8 volt batteries. Once I did that the new battery fit perfectly. What a difference. Acceleration is smooth and fast and with the 300 lb. weight reduction, I actually had to adjust my driving habits. No need to put the peddle to the metal any more, especially when taking turns. Played my first 9 holes of golf and consumed only 9% of the battery's capacity. Probably will only have to charge every 7 to 10 days. (after 4 full rounds of golf) I did have some questions during install. Support was very responsive and answered everything. The Bluetooth monitor is excellent. No wires to connect to the battery. It establishes connection automaticly every time I turn the cart on. Haven't downloaded the app yet. Mounted the Charger on board after removing the old charging harness in its entirety. I had to cut the blue wire at the charging port and connect it to the battery's positive terminal for the cart to run. I was skeptical at first about all the hype around these LI batteries. I needed to replace my old batteries anyway so I decided to take a shot and I'm glad I did. So far everything about it has been great. Time will tell on their longevity. ... show more

    • fits well in the Ezgo TXT48
fits perfectly in the Ezgo TXT48, no real instructions on installation and i havent been able to figure out the monitor but it connected to my Navitas controller, i wired in the charger and 48 to 12v reducer. Charged to battery to 100% and our golf cart is back up and running.

I used the batteries for my 2015 EZGO golf cart. It now goes much faster having lost a bulk weight of the old batteries 300+ pounds and the increased power of the new lithium battery 81 pounds
