Goldfish have always been one of my favorite (if not my favorite) snack cracker. The Original Cheddar version is the perfect mix of a classic saltine cracker taste/texture and delicious cheddar cheese. I'm not a fan of the flavor blasted ones. They're just too overly-cheesy (not a realistic cheese, more of a gas-station-nacho-cheesiness), and they're messier as well. These Mega Goldfish may however be my new favorite, dethroning the original. I have been going through about a box a week for a couple of months now and I'm having trouble stopping. They are definitely cheesier than the Original Cheddar, and a little saltier. Flavor-wise they are halfway between an Original Cheddar Goldfish and a Cheese Nip. Texture-wise they are like a slightly crispier Original (nothing like the Goldfish Crisps though). Please fall in love with them and become addicted, like me, so that they don't stop making them ever! What I love about ordering this large carton of Goldish is that none of the Goldfish are crushed in shipping. It is amazing! The delicious flavors of cheese, onions, garlic and celery make you have such an interesting experience each time you take a handful out of the easy-to-pour spout. I admit I've eaten these twice today and can't promise I won't go back for a third handful. I love anything with extra cheese in it and these are great! So crunchy, slightly salty and savory! Flavor blasted goldfish are the best! They are delicious, crunchy, and have way more flavor than traditional goldfish crackers. These were fresh and flavorful when they arrived. I ordered the traditional cheese flavor, because they are the best. Goldfish have a delicious, cheesy taste normally, but they are even more yummy when they are the flavor-blasted variety! Kids love these, but so do adults! If you want to get a laugh, try serving these to the elderly- they love them! And they are easy to chew, also. Goldfish crackers are a super fun snack for all ages. These are great for toddlers, to serve at parties, or to include in kids’ lunches. They are also a much better deal to get them in the large packages, rather than the smaller bags. The expiration date on the package was more than a year out. They also stay fresh in the package for several days- if they last that long! I brought out this container for a family movie night, and they were nearly gone by the end of the movie! Goldfish are delicious in general but the flavor blasted cheddar powder takes these lil fishes to a whole new level! My family goes through them very quickly and I have to beg my husband not to eat them because my kids get sad when there aren’t any left 😂
