UPDATE DO NOT BUY ON SUBSCRIBE & SAVE OR EITH OTHER PRODUCTS - PLACE A SEPARATE ORDER FOR THESE Below is my review of the Sun-dried Tomato & Basil crackers. Because I'd had such great luck with those, I ordered some Farmhouse Cheddar flavor as well. They were a bit stale tasting, though the expiration date was a couple of months away. I thought it was just a bad batch so I ordered using Subscribe & Save (pkg of 6 boxes) and they arrived today. Half of them were smashed to smithereens due to Amazon warehouse packaging. When I say smashed, I mean 2 were packaged under a box of 12 cans of Wild Planet tuna (an excellent buy!) and squished so thoroughly that the foil packets inside the boxes burst open and the crackers were all crumbled in the bottom of the shipping box! The 3rd squished box was packed under a 4 pack of canned ravioli (don't judge - I keep it on hand for power outages and hurricane season because it can be opened by pull tab and eaten cold). While the inner pouch had not burst in this one, the box was completely flat and the crackers were reduced to tiny pieces and crumbs. The other three boxes had smooshed corners, etc but I think the content are basically okay. The moral of the story is buy the well priced multi packs on their own and do NOT buy on Subscribe & Save or to be shipped with anything else. You don't save that much in these with S&S even if they arrived in edible condition. Delicious and a Great Buy Simple Mills are my favorite crackers! They are sooo much less expensive on Amazon. These sell at my local stores for double the price per box and are seldom on sale. So much savings - I added them to my Subscribe and Save and ordered some to hold me until then! I already knew I loved the crackers, so my biggest concern was freshness. My worries were groundless. I ordered them yesterday and received them today (Sun 4/30/23) with a Best By date of 9/3/23 -about 2 months longer than the box I just bought from my local store. They are crisp, fresh, and with almost NO breakage! So no downsides at all - bigger selection, better price, fresher AND almost no broken crackers! All the flavors are delicious - all are great alone for snacking like the Cheddar, some are also great for adding flavor to a bland accompaniment like Sundried Tomato (eat with hummus or cheese) and some are versatile enough to go with a bowl of soup like the Sea Salt. I have eaten low carb and keto for a long time and these are a huge convenience. Making crackers isn't my idea of a good time! I'm also gluten sensitive (I've never been tested, but I would even say at least gluten intolerant) and these cause no issues with almond flour as the main flour. They do have some cassava (manioc) flour and tapioca starch, so not the strictest keto, but in small amounts. It's one of the few trade-offs I'm willing to make for convenience. ... show more

Did everybody know these are keto except me? I don't mind keto, but I'm not on a "keto diet." I didn't notice when I ordered them. The box is disappointingly light. Then, when I first got some out, I saw how little and thin they were, and that was the telltale. That's when I finally looked at the box, and I said, oh, almond flour. These are really good, especially for being keto. They are quite spicy. The flavor comes through really strong, but there's as much pepper as there is rosemary, as far as I can tell. They didn't go cheap on the salt, either, which is nice. Get some "saltines" these days, and they're more "tine" than they are "salt." ... show more

These are great gluten free crackers that don't sacrifice the flavor. I like to eat them with chicken salad for lunch or they also taste yummy crumbled in a bowl of soup.

Although better than traditional crackers these are not Keto friendly if you’re sticking to a straight low carb ratio. Cassava flour is very rich in carbohydrates. You can see by the carb counts here that it’s not low carb and you would easily exceed your carbs for the day just eating a few of these. The Tapioca starch doesn’t help but the Cassava flour definitely makes these a no for me. I wish there were real low carb crackers but unless you make them yourself they don’t exist. Companies will usually insert Rice Flour or some other ingredients like with this company, Cassava which makes them at best moderate carb but not low and not keto. Just my take as I like to stick to low to no carb exceeding no more than 20 to 25 carbs a day, but preferably far less. That said the flavor of theses crackers are pretty good. I’ve had the Rosemary and Sea Salt, Cheddar and Cracked Pepper. The Rosemary and Sea Salt are my favorite. The texture is nice but they’re too hard which is why even if I could have them regularly I wouldn’t. I’ll stick to baked cheese alternatives for my cracker substitutes. They’re crispy yet light and not too hard, but most of all low carb and Keto friendly. If you’re just looking to watch your carbs or eat a bit cleaner then you’ll like these crackers. ... show more

These were very tasty and cheaper than Walmart but order separately the first box was in excellent condition but the second order was banked up but my great grandsons and there mom loved them.

These actually taste good. They are low in carbs and made with almond flour. The cheese taste is also spot on; fixes my craving for Cheez-its. I just wish each box wasn't so stingy with the product. Other than that, it's a winner

I order these GF farmhouse cheddar crackers all the time. I can't have wheat any more and I call them my fake cheez-its. They are my favorite GF cracker. I just wish there were more in the package for the cost.
