    • A very good workout alternative during a very trying time
I normally work out in a gym or home gym. But due to where we are currently living during the virus pandemic hitting all of us, I no longer have access to those options at present. So I purchased this Pro Gym set to try and maintain muscle tone and strength as we all do our best to distance ourselves and mitigate possibly more severe and tragic impacts of this pandemic. I find the Pro Gym to be a most reasonable option — having sufficient tension options with the tubes, at a reasonable price, and a very compact design. While I am not crazy about the door connectors, doing so for an interim timeframe is acceptable. The set works well, seems well constructed and provides an adequate workout to maintain tone. Using a tension system (the tubes) has the added benefit of helping me work through some shoulder issues — something that occasionally can be aggravated using free weights.     • Quality equipment amongst a lot of poor competitors
Finally got a good one after seeing someone else use the same brand. The materials feel premium and unlikely to break anytime soon. The set comes with 2 leg straps, 2 handles that attach on to the different resistant bands by the way of a carabiner, and also 2 door blockers that allow you to attach it to the other side of a closed door. Love that idea but you will cause some damage to the door as expected whether it’s the top, bottom, or side of the door depending on the attachment points. So if it’s your home you’re living in be mindful it will scuff/damage the door if you choose to use. Otherwise works as expected. Comes with a booklet of recommended exercises ... show more

    • Beware of Grip Color!!!
I hate the color oh grips I received and contacted seller and no one responded…The product works well but beware that the grey grips that are shown more than likely will not be the ones you get. I received neon lime green and will have to replace them because I actually do not like that color at the very least. Door anchors work great, bands work great yet no clue how long they last…I have a single band I bought a year ago and it’s still working ... show more
