Works great. I didn't think a hollow interior bedroom door would be a good anchor point, however if installed right above or below the hinge it's very solid. I don't feel like i'm damaging or wrecking any part of the door or frame. I also use this for our battle rope, I attach it to the bottom of our front door which is much more solid and robust. Alright, so, what we have here is basically a piece of nylon webbing with a PVC pipe sewn into it. Does it work ? Yes. Does it seem like it will stretch/fray apart ? After a few years of use, yes. For comparison is the TRX door jam which is the same heavy duty nylon strapping they use in the rest of their straps, all the way through what feels like a quarter inch plastic square, with a plastic log to secure the loop of the strapping. Cost difference ? $5 vs $30. If you're just looking for something to experiment with, I'd go with this. If you end up wearing it out, maybe consider the TRX one as a replacement. Then again, you'd have to go through 6 of these to match the cost. ... show more

The anchors work well, allowing me to exercise my gimpy bicepts and various other weinie muscel groups. No complaints here. Be sure to insert the weights into the side of the door with the hinges.... or else!

This has been a cheap quick way for my son to add to his body building equipment and takes little space. All you need is a good resistance band and g-clip to get started.

    • Not cheap material
Works great for my resistance bands! I have had this for over a year now and it has made my life so much easier since my house has lower ceilings it is not possible to fit an entire workout machine in it. The material feels strong and I have not had any problems with it.
