Used for a few days on my 2023 ID4. Plugs right in and draws 16A off a 20A circuit, which us the max for a Level 1. Charges me from 60-65 to 80% overnight. Charges much faster than the much more expensive OEM level 1 charger. Plug and charger seem high quality, they are waterproof as claimed as I am currently charging overnight in the snow. This is the most inexpensive YET RELIABLE Level 2 charger on the market at this amperage. I’ve gone through other brands and had major (life safety) issues like ground faults, and housing water leaks. With GODIAG LV 2 EV charger, I can plug my car in knowing it it will safely charge it, reliably charge it, and I know it is also safe to leave outdoors & plugged in. The charging cord cradle and dock for the J1722 plug it perfect and has a downward slope keeping a low profile and reduces strain on the plastic parts which other brands have chosen to put at 90 degree angle (dumb!!). My only complaint is the GODIAG is a little short in length. For me, it’s PERFECT. For others, this may be very problematic and should be taken into consideration. ... show more

I've been using this EVSE on a daily basis for nearly two weeks now and it has been performing flawlessly. The OEM unit which came with my Chevy Bolt failed, the factory replacement failed, and after the third replacement failed I realized I needed to spring for an after market unit. Most were priced too high for my budget so I decided to spring for this one and cross my fingers. So far so good. The small but readable LED display gives all the info one would need. The whole thing comes in a very durable zippered bag and is supplied with a wall hanger for the unit as well as a hanger for the cable. The cable hanger has a convenient dummy port to store the plug when not in use. UPDATE: I've now been using this EVSE for about 2 months of daily charging at home and it has continued to perform perfectly. I was skeptical at first owing to the price, but no longer. ... show more

I have used this charger at level 1 four times now and it works well. Level 1 charging is slow but the good news is that the charger pulls voltage at slow rate. Nobody wants to melt their homes electrical supply. It charges my Ioniq 5 at about .75-.80 charge per hour. So if I need to charge my car from 50% to 80% it will take about 38 hours. ... show more

I bought this charger to use at home and away while I decided on a hard-wired home Level 2 charger and got it installed. This thing started charging my 2024 Kia EV6 almost as soon as I plugged it in. The vehicle recognized it within a few short seconds. It has sturdy construction, reasonably long cable, and multiple plugs to accommodate your power source. The case is a little too bulky to fit under the false floor in the trunk area of my EV6. However, without the case, it fits nicely under the false floor and comfortably in the frunk, which is tiny on the EV6. ... show more

I bought this to have in an emergency and to us until my level 2 home charging unit is installed it is slow because of the plug I have but it has keep me an the road and works great so far. Very easy to use

I bought this to be used as a primary charger for my 2023 Bolt EUV. It is charging fine, but the plug is slightly bigger than what came with the vehicle. So that when I go to insert it into the charger port on the side of the vehicle I have to be very careful. While supply more force than was needed for the previous charger. Even after using some silicone lube it is still tight. I am concerned that it could cause future problems. ... show more

I bought this for my Ionic 5 that has free charging if I use their chargers, but with all the electric cars now, there was always a wait. Now I just go home and plug in and haven't been to a charging station in weeks. It's not a fast charger, but it gets the job done.
