Update 6 months after purchase: we still love this sofa!it’s held up very well, extremely comfy . I’d buy it again and still recommend it. I did add a Bit of extra stuffing into the side arms they unzip so it’s easy to do. This seller and sofa EXCEEDED our expectations! I’m literally shocked at how amazing this couch is for the price after all I have seen. I paid for this couch myself so I’m giving my complete review. Details / pros/cons honest review ( full details for those contemplating this couch) I have been searching 5 years for a modular sofa that would offer maximum comfort, space, deep seats, and fit my small apartment. Something I could nap on, or watch movies! And be easy to move if ever needed since we rent. Price was a huge bonus. (Light weight too at 187 lbs ) The couch is more beautiful than the sellers pictures and the chenille fabric is actually pretty heavy duty, it’s soft to the touch but has a firm upholstery feel to it, which is good because it’s not flimsy. I was not expecting that to be as decent quality as it was. The seats hold their shape and cushions do not sag in. The cushions fit very tightly together and do not move around under you. The back cushions are perfectly firm but very comfy and you can adjust as you need, but when I get up from the couch it don’t all fall over or move around much. . The back cushions stay in place and occasionally I just adjust them which is no big deal. The ottoman Velcros to its foundation base ( the sofa don’t need too) The sofa cushions are more solid, firm and extremely comfy. I didn’t expect that for the price. They are as good as any high end couch I looked at for well over $3k. They do not move around either. And if I sit where cushions join you don’t sink into a hole. The sofa is VERY large…so keep that in mind and measure you space. Measures correctly to the sellers specifications. It’s not pure white but rather a soft warm cream. Perfect color! It’s not cheap looking at all. It looks like many high end cloud sofas but this is more comfy. It’s a sturdy couch. Now what I didn’t like this sofa is very low to the ground for such a beautiful statement piece …so after reading many reviews we opted to follow suit and ordered 8 inch recommended wood legs in light color. It made this sofa in my opinion nice and high-end to match the beauty ….my feet don’t touch the floor now, but that’s what I prefer. The extra height makes it look elegant, completed and balanced…but my husband has a low Footstool on his end of the sofa. However I do suggest you go with a minimum of 6 inch legs if you don’t want 8 inch legs height ( it comes with 3 inch black plastic legs ) personally I like a higher sofa so I think 8 inch legs are the best fit for the couches size/ balance. Don’t forget you need 16 legs to redo this sofa as each seat has its own 4 legs plus the ottoman. Buy your legs in a 2 sets of 8 pack to save money. I think I paid $50 for 16 legs. I wanted to add storage baskets under the couch so I went with 8 inch max for more storage options under it. Overall we love this sofa, if something changes over time I’ll update my review. SO it’s 5 stars for now and I do recommend it if your on the fence….and this particular seller! I think it’s an incredible bargain for the modest price, with everything I wanted in a extremely beautiful sofa. Everyone that’s seen it absolutely raves over this couch. Takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour to assemble. Make sure you don’t pre open any bags before starting and keep each boxes (3 boxes) contents together in groups…as each section is marked according to instructions. Also check off all parts before starting to make sure nothings missing. Comes with a straight forwards manual to assemble even if you have little to no experience. Cushions are extreme vaccume packed flat but they will expand /adjust over 72 hours … My sofa arrived much earlier than anticipated maybe 8 to 10 days after buying. The media could not be loaded. Love the length of the couch and the seat depth. Super easy to put together. It didnt take long to fluff up either. Very very comfortable and soft. I catch myself stuck on this couch!!

Good quality, not amazing but definitely solid! Easy to assemble, comes in 3 boxes with instructions. Everything is vacuum sealed in the boxes so I do recommend letting everything air out a bit for smell. Very happy with this purchase, it’s super comfy!!

I had a horrible experience with the delivery of said couch. Fed - X sucks. The couch looks beautiful & is soft BUTT…it’s not meant for average to XL people; meaning when sitting on it your low to the floor and would be better for small lil people except the seats are deep but still cheaply made and side arms are just waiting to tear off. The back pillows are horrible as far as support or cushion and look cheap. The throw pillows are a joke and wow I’m not sure how to even use them butttttt!! You can’t tell any of this until you put it all together and try it out. Yes it came in 3 large boxes and though I’d return it if I could but I got rid of the boxes due to the size of my apartment and I sure as hell wasn’t going to take it back apart and stuff it in to the boxes and then take it to the postage store when I’m by myself. I truly got suckered and got pretty much ripped off of 700.00 + dollars when you add in the delivery cost. This is my opinion and to me it’s very true. I highly DO NOT Recommend buying before you sit on it or if you want to just like giving money away. I hope this review really gets posted and saves someone else from making the same MISTAKE. I love love this couch! It’s bigger than I thought. Soooo easy to put together ( I did it by myself In like an hour) . Instructions are easy to follow and well labeled . I did order bigger legs (6 inch) but only because I wanted more height.

*Before purchasing this product please read* I am writing this so that you are fully informed before purchasing this sofa. I loved the look of the emerald sofa and the price was amazing. Most reviews that I read were good too. However, when the sofa arrived, the first thing that struck me was the poor quality. I decided to return the sofa (which comes in 3 boxes) I contacted customer service and my return was approved but I had to pay for return shipping and that I will be reimbursed for return shipping. My local post office told me that one of the boxes was too large and they couldn't ship it. I went to the UPS store and it cost me $762 to return all 3 boxes. I kept the receipt and I will scan it and send it to the seller (as instructed). Also, the product must be returned in all original packaging. I will update this review as soon as the return is finalized. I am hoping for the best that the seller will reimburse me for shipping and for the returned product. Please be aware that returns are expensive and time consuming. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this couch because I wanted a new sofa and a pop of color with the Emerald Green color. It arrived and it's smaller than I expected which was the first draw back. The direction said to let it sit for 72-hours to fluff up. I have it a few more days and still the sofa did not fluff out. The back cushions are hard and flat and the base of the back is flimsy. I took a chance and ordered this offline---something I've never done--and I'm not that pleased with the purchase. It's not plush and only looks of good quality in pictures on Amazon. ... show more
