I loved the slim design and color. The watch itself was very inaccurate. It did not count steps correctly. I know I put in at least 5000 steps in at my job. I work in Healthcare and there is no sitting down. This watch barely broke above 1000 steps counted. Then the watch band broke after 3 weeks.     • The metal on the strap may be a little cheap.
Very happy with the product! The step count is off,but thats not what I wanted it for. I like seeing the heart rate and sleep monitoring. However, the metal on the strap broke after wearing for less than a week. But I am very happy otherwise.

    • The fit bit froze.....
The fit bit worked for a week and the screen froze, it won't move or anything. It shows the same stuff, tried everything and won't work. I ordered it and had it shipped to Africa, so I'm screwed because I can't have it sent back😪

Honestly, I didn't expect much. I've been looking to upgrade my Fitbit Inspire HR. Looking for many months now but haven't found anything that ticks all the boxes under a few hundred dollars. I was almost going to buy an Apple Watch when I saw this and thought I'd give it a try. Pleasantly surprised! Things I like: 1. The band is actually comfortable! It has two strap holders (don't know what to call them) past the buckle so it keeps it under control. The one on my Fitbit broke after a couple of years and there was only one, so it was a bit of a hassle. 2. It measures blood pressure. Pretty good for something so cheap! 3. Heart rate seems accurate. 4. Syncs with Apple Health. This was a breeze to set up using the app. 5. Plenty of watch face options to choose from within the app. 6. I can easily choose the monitoring times for when I am awake. 7. I've never had a sync fail on me. With my old tracker it would have to be rebooted every second time I tried to sync. 8. Notifications pop up briefly, so I can glance at my wrist. This means I only need to check my phone when something important comes up. 9. It works with all the apps I use for messaging. WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, Gmail, FB Messenger... 10. Battery life seems to be really good. I charged it three days ago and it's still at 40%. Things that could be better: 1. It just shows an average or peak/low range for heart rate. It would be nice if it was broken down into average and resting, like others. 2. Apple Health seems to pick my peak blood pressure too, which is annoying. It was alarming to see such high blood pressure until I looked more into the data and saw it pulled from certain times when I was rushing around at work. I don't know whether this is an Apple thing or a GLSY thing. It would be nice if it did an average or somehow picked when I was at rest. 3. The vibration sounds a bit... loose. Maybe overpowered for the casing? I'm not sure what it is. It has a barely noticeable rattle. Not really a rattle, but... just feels like something's not tight and solid when it vibrates. 4. The "lift to wake" function is kind of slow to react. I've been wearing both of my fitness trackers for a few days and this one always wakes up quite a bit slower. Annoying, but not enough to dock a star. Final thoughts: Honestly, now that I have this I can't think of any valid reason to switch to an Apple Watch. The ECG would be cool, but totally unnecessary for me. The GLSY gives me piles of measurements throughout the day and seems to be accurate enough. Even temperature, which is great for some people. I may just pick up one for my wife! If this were $150, then it would get a much lower rating due to the limited functionality, but at this price, it gets full marks. ... show more
