Definitely thicker than standard gloves. I use them for tasks where I'm more concerned about contamination from chemicals. As a former first responder, I also carry a pair in case I need to assist someone where I'm concerned about exposure to blood or bodily fluids.

I have large hands and have always had issues finding gloves that fit and work as needed. These are the best I’ve found in my 30+ first responder career. They go on easily and resist tearing while donning. They are very tactile while providing excellent protection.

The thickness, tear resistance, and protection all high rated. Used for staining a wood project. No leaks or stains on my hands. As expected the sweat buildup happens but after 2 hours only experienced minor wrinkling of ginger skin. Nothing irritable.
