First, this is a good kit and I am very satisfied with it. I broke a rod using too much pressure, clearly my fault. I sent an inquiry about the cost and availability of a replacement. They sent a new rod out right away at no cost. Thank you!

It was missing several pieces. I'm not even sure what they do, but when you open the box there are slots...like a tool box. It looks like in the picture there are supposed to be little metal bits in there. It' looks similar to a rachet set and it's missing a row of hex bits for example. Whatever is supposed to be on the top left corner of the bottom half, there's nothing. ANYWAY, the case is nice, I thought it came with SOME oil, but it does not, that's fine. It has metal and cloth attachments to clean the gun. I grew up around Guns, but am generally pretty ignorant about taking them apart and cleaning them. I've received a bunch as gifts and...haven't taken proper care of them. Decided to change that. It's mostly things I had parts of, but I HAD an incomplete set. This is a nice, clean box, similar to my tools and...I have everything I need, the sizes fit better. Not going to work on a shotgun or a long gun, but didn't buy it for that. ... show more
