I was in love with these boots and thrilled with them until they completely fell apart 3 months into me wearing/owning them. Style A+, SO cute! Checked every box for me. Once broken in we’re comfortable. True to size. Something that bugged me early on was the x- large seam in the boots where the rubber heel met the sole and attached. I had a feeling this would be an issue, but was hoping that issue would be at least a year down the line not 3 months in! Another issue I discovered was when I went to clean my boots. I spilled coffee, got a few drops on my boots grabbed a damp paper towel to wipe off the coffee so I didn’t have a sticky mess. The paper towel was black! Just by using a damp paper towel with water a layer of shine and color was removed from the top of my boot. There was a clear difference from left boot to right. Obviously the manufacturer of these boots used a cheap dye that wiped away instantly with water. I then had to clean both boots so they matched. Was shocked at how much black colorant/dye came off the boots! They went from a nice rich black color to a DULL dark gray. I loved the boots so much that I decided to buy black polish to spiff them back up and just kept them. Should have returned them, wish I knew they would completely fall apart shortly after that. Entire sole gave way detached from heel. Buckle fell off and broke on left boot, rubber split as I had suspected it would, and the cheap foam liner insoles disintegrated making the boots very uncomfortable. Now for the price I would expect mid quality, I have purchased boots at a much cheaper price and they at least held up for a year and more. Yes the boots are so cute and totally my style, but the quality is POOR and created more of a hassle for me having to buy new insoles, gluing the heel, and weekly polishing to retain any semblance of color. Cannot recommend. I would also like to mention I only wore the boots 2-3 times a week since I wanted them to last longer. The boots had light use, even with light use they fell apart. I’m more than happy to send these boots back to the manufacturer so they can perform quality control on these boots. Did I get a bad batch? Reviews were mixed from what I read. Love the way these boots are made. Super cute. I tried the tall version of this same boot but the calf was too small for me. I decided to order these mid-calf ones and they are perfect! And to top it all off, this seller offer THE BEST customer service - period!!

These boots are really nice and just go great with jeans or some straight leg pants. I walk around for work somewhat but also sit and they aren't the most comfortable, my feet hurt after a few hours even if I don't walk around a lot. Did buy a half size up from my normal size so they fit comfortably and doesn't feel like my toes are being squished ... show more

The fit is exactly as it should be. They are very comfortable for walking, and even though they withstood some water without any damage I wouldn't go as far as saying they wouldn't get ruined with water. True to size, I wear a size 8 regular (not wide) but it could fit a wider foot. I would order half a size larger if you plan on placing insoles in them. But he do recommend this. I bought these boots due to they state riding boots and you can see in the picture what riding my motorcycle has done and this is only from 3 rides , maybe 3 hours each ride , I absolutely love the boot , the style and they are the most comfortable I’ve ever bought but now I have to find someone to repair them and I’ve only had them a short time.
