I thought a small part was missing. But it is not missing. The small part listed in the instructions is already installed. you will need to take the small part off and then reinstall again . This is so darn cute. A couple of the spocks broke in the wind but they promptly replaced it with new one.I make sure the spocks are pulled back enough so that do not hit the metal wheel.

Upon spinning in the wind, it falls apart, the windmill part is always on the ground…. Guess I could have my husband add something to it to keep it together, but this should not have to be done when purchasing something!

Had to return 1st one, wouldn't fit together, got a replacement no problem, 2nd one ok, the middle black screw part to attach the windmill flower doesn't screw in evenly so the windmill flower spins crooked, wasn't going to return again.. just know for $30 it could be a lot better as far as product going out the door.. make sure it fits and works properly, laziness or just don't care ... show more
