Super simple design and I love having the case to put it in so it doesn’t pick up dirt/extra scratches. Files just as good as a salon board. I used Ruby Stone crystal nail files for years until they stopped making them. I have tried several nail files since, but they were too rough and left my nails in tatters. I decided to give these files a try. They came the day after I ordered them. Each nail file comes in a matching protective case, which I love. It is too easy for nail files to break otherwise. The nail files themselves seem to have a very fine grit. I have thin nails that peel. These nail files don't tear up my nails. I think these are very nice and should be gentle on my nails. These files work ok - but they really don't offer much for grit. It takes twice as long to file away a nail or snag as it does with my other glass files. I really like the travel case, so you don't poke yourself having it in a drawer or purse. I have purchased other ones that shattered when I dropped them or the cases were crappy These are very well-made and I like that you get a pack of 4 of them so I can keep them in different places.
